I think we are too obsessed about the economy crashing. In the right sense, the economy never crashes. It just undergoes cycles, and almost always recovers. So I really don't care what the predictions are. I just want to grow my portfolio. I read that people are pulling in massive profits despite the downturn. Any tips on how they do it?
I think it's the professionals and those who use their services that are really pulling in the big money right now. There are really advisors that can help you achieve very consistent growth. I have a friend who pulled in more than $90k profit within three months. So you just have to make some research and get one who fits your fin-goal.
Investing in quality stocks for the long term is a great strategy, but it can be challenging for individuals to do it alone. Staying updated with industry news and earnings can be time-consuming. With inflation running at a four-decade high, the Recession is now the ‘most likely outcome for the economy and I cannot imagine being a victim of circumstances. Actually .....the economy is doing fine .....even though we re still being price gouged by corporations ......people tend to forget that we re still recovering from a pandemic ......after recessions or pandemics ....things always get worse before they get better ......it's hard to criticize an economy that has been under 4 for over 19 consecutive months.

I think Biden is doing fine, especially when compared to the alternative. I love a president that doesn't make it all about himself and his grievances. He hasn't had a single unhinged tweet attacking a private citizen or corporation he disagrees with, it's refreshing.

Charles Payne is one of the few financial commentators I trust.
We may never have those old 2 to 3 percent interest rates again. People are locked in forever. Why would they sell? They would be making a huge financial mistake when they run the numbers. The American real-estate economy may be impacted forever..
Those super low rates are an outlier. Nobody is going to give those up unless out of necessity or if they can somehow pay cash for their next purchase.

You are seeing the big issue is the people that treated their homes as a debt piggy bank are now on the credit card economy until they can get a 2nd or home equity for debt relief. Things you cant get when your house is upside down and your credit to debt ratio is out of control. This is looking like 2008 redux, the big short is coming im glad we chose to go mortgage free.

The teachers, police, firemen, health care, hollywood actors, auto workers, postal service, state government employees, federal employees, contruction workers, air traffic controllers, state department, etc. If you want a better list, I'm sure you can find one. When election time comes up, he's got a very solid 40% minimum and with mail in ballots and vote harvesting, at the very least another 6%. That's 46%, tough to beat. Keep your eye on the numbers.

Wow, Charles Payne has made it! And I’m not talking about money or smarts… he’s had that, but the man has crossed the brink of expertise and back. It’s in his bones. It’s in his blood … a reflection of a career built on long commitment, study, probably a lot of risk-taking, and in the workshop hammering out the people skills… but mainly with a nose, an instinct, and a love for business… probably his share of successes and failures,… then just just seemingly one day at least in the mind of someone like myself on the outside looking in it all just percolates and the guy is a fountain of very steady, reliable business acumen, analysis and advice. it’s a blessing to be able to watch this type of growth, maturity and blossoming. People give Fox a lot of flack, but you’ve got to take your hat off to the company because you can witness this type of growth in so many of their long-term employees… Degan, Harris, Greg, Jesse. As a teacher, it’s always inspirational to see people find own voices and strength in a profession they love.

I was a R.E. Broker for years, the one thing I know is people never buy a home with dollars in front, it's all about desire and 30% of 100,000 DOLLARS is more the 28% of 60 thousand dollars. Every year we get an increase, if it is over 5% we start looking for a better house. The old housing issue is no longer based on interest just ability to buy is the American reason, we all know money is the key and we all get more all the time, except for those that can't afford the down payments.
