Cook With me! Filling my freezer with homemade meals

Come prep freezer meals with me as my family prepares for a season of overwhelm. We make a few casseroles, some meatloaf and some granola!!

Recipes from the heart:
Tuna Casserole:
2 cans tuna, drained
1 box shell pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 package frozen peas
1/2 container whipped cream cheese (or half a block if you dont have it and arent willing to go to the store)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of broccoli or asparagus
Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper, Paprika to taste
combine all into casserole dish and back at 350 for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly
Meatloaf
Honestly.... this is all a wild guess....
1lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c - 1 c bread crumbs
1/3c chopped onion
1tbsp beef bullion
1/2 c parmasean
garlic poweder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
combine and form into patties. freeze or cook up right away.

It was so nice to come home from a long day and watch your cooking show. I used to watch cooking shows with my Mom all the time, and so for a bit, it took me back to my childhood. Also, we literally just planted one of our onions in a pot a day or two ago lol. I'll send you a picture of it tomorrow! I've never actually made stove top stuffing. I'm not even halfway through your video, but I had to stop and comment. Love you, friend!

It is sooooo good!!! I just wanted the cheaper stuff since it was going in to the casserole. I’m saving the second block and will eat it with breakfast sandwiches!
