Oh man!! You have your classic and then you have your non classic! Who will win?? Watch until the end and find out.

Here's what you need for the Philly's:
Ribeye steak thinly sliced and then further chopped (I used 3 lbs and made enough for 7 sandwiches)
Salt
Pepper
Roasted Garlic Powder
Onion cut in half moon shapes
Hoagie rolls
Cheese-Whiz for the classic heated as directed
White American or Provolone for the non classic
Green Bell Pepper
Mushrooms
