I would watch so many of these videos. As a service industry professional, wannabe somm, and a wine enthusiast, I find this fascinating and inspiring.
I have been a wine enthusiast for almost 40 years, but I'm still fairly new to UA-cam. I love Jay's channel (and Konstantin's as well). And the two of them couldn't be more charming and likable. I'm grateful to have access to quality content like this given how awful TV has become.
This was a joy to watch and join in. How dining out should always be appreciated & enjoyed.

Since Covid (and i'm sure many can relate), the simple pleasures of being able to relax in a foreign country and just enjoy leisurely experiences in restaurants, trying great food and great wine, just hasn't been so free to me and others.
I long for Montpellier again - my favourite destination. Sitting by the coast, under shade, or by a canal surrounded by quaint, sun-baked stone buildings, and sipping great wines and demolishing courses of some of the best food on offer in the west. How I took it all for granted...
I'll get out there again soon. In the meantime, i'll just have to enjoy you doing it in my stead.

I love evening like that here in Germany. Great food outside in places like that with German wines is what summer is all about. The gazpacho is the type of dish I´d usually order Silvaner which is a grape I absolutely love in the summer!

Lemberger is in my vineyard here in california because I took a chance and planted it to see what would happen and its b een one of the most productive varietals and is very good.

youn should make a video about sicilian wines, not the only ones from etna, but also other wines like nero d'avola. you should try out the nero d'avola from zisola which was included in the 2022 wine spectator top 100 wines
