- Changing Minecraft 1.19's Frog AI. Also know as the Wild Update, 1.19 will introduce a new mob to the game as showcased in Minecraft Live 2021: frogs. Recently, they were added to Bedrock edition via the betas of the game, and as showcased by PhoenixSC, they could accidentally eat goats! Therefore, I decided to make a Minecraft mod in order to add these frogs to the game, and turn them into insatiable monsters that will eat anything that crosses their path. Terrifying and hilarious!

Once 1.19 releases you need to make this an actual mod ( with a config so you can whitelist and blacklist mobs/entities that are edible)
The idea might be cursed, but it's useful and it has a lot of potential

Maybe a bamboo spitball gun, with firefly ammo to mark entities that you want to transport
You might get be able to control what mobs frog can eat thru a datapack, similar to how you can control what blocks endermen can pick up
I like how this went from “Oh, frog eat mob” to “Pokeball frog.”

People don't seem to realize how strong this is.
Imagine putting a frog in a creeper farm. Or SEVERAL frogs in a creeper farm. Those will become basically throwable nuclear bombs in a matter of hours.

Okay, but picture this!
Custom creeper farm with trapdoors and 1 frog behind each of them. You wait a minute or 5 and unleesh and frog on the creepers. Come in, pick up frog, and repeat process. Or automate the whole thing with redstone timers, so after a minute of the frog being in, they're dropped by another set of trapdoors into flowing water for collection by the player at the other end.
Minecarts are definitely better for grenades... but a hundered seeking missiles crammed into a small area upon the frog's impact with the floor?

I might also say that frog eating silverfish is the best idea i can come up with after 10 seconds of this video. You know like cats are meant to fight creepers and phantoms, dogs are after skeletons and axolotls vs guardians. Frogs defending you against silverfish would be so perfect since they aren't exactly too easy to deal with.
Silverfish are also bugs IRL and frogs are mainly insectivores... IT ALL MAKES SENSE!
Have a frog sitting on your head, and out of your peripheral vision, you see and hear a tongue *fwap* sound as it eats a nearby silverfish.

The age of tactical toads
this is actually a pretty funny and useful mod (if u remove the player eating mechanic)
I mean it implements grenades and instant pvp kits. So yeah, probably actually vanilla friendly.
You might also want to remove the frog-eat-frog mechanic, otherwise breeding them would be a pain, so you'd have to find them in the wild.
yo, what if a frog eats a shit ton of thrown potions? like, the entity not the item (unless a thrown potion isn't an entity)

@@avak2101 get it to eat 20+ instant damage potions, and a few lingering potions of regeneration and strength. Then feed it a frog with a thrown ender pearl in its stomach. Instant telefrag grenade.
Now this is a certified "frog" amazing idea.

Honestly, with a few tweaks, that'd be pretty good.
Maybe not frogs, but something like ogres, why not...
You should make it so giving them a certain block makes them eat that block, and the bigger they are, the more the eat and at a certain point the turn hyper aggressive and eat everything and turn into a boss….

if frog1 eats a tnt minecart and frog2 eats a tnt minecart and frog1, when you throw frog 2 it will blow up frog1 which will release the tnt causing another explosion. you could cram 100 frogs into one throwable frog and cause a massive explosion.

if u ever update this please please make it so that if a player is eaten they are transported to the frogs literal stomach and they cant get out until the frog is either thrown or killed.
