@@alguem292you can hit rockets and cores with the Jackhammer to instantly throw them where you are aiming, which ends up counting as hitscan and thus can be aimed into a coin to ricoshot either (it's intentional as well, since the update also made explosions scale with ricoshot's damage increase of explosive hitscan like the Malicious Railcannon)
yeah but the ricoshot on it is decently difficult and worse than railcannon

We started by *fisting* enemies (feedbacker/knuckleblaster)

Don't worry, Maurice never was worth nerfing a weapon to make him stronger
tbh it seems pretty balanced, you need to gain a ton of speed and it goes on cooldown occasionally, so in smaller environments it might struggle
it's honestly balanced the way it is, it has one shot potential but to get to that one shot potential, you need to be good at it
meaning the weapon both takes skill, and commitment to getting the hit off as well as some slight set up
hakita might nerf the hook cancelling tech for it, but even that takes some minor amount of knowledge to do, not as much of a set up though
other than that, you're still sacrificing shotgun swapping if you set more than one of them to an alt, which has better dps, this alt has better dph (damage per hit) making it a burst damage weapon, kinda like how every alt weapon already is
when you hit that 3 charge speed hit the weapon also goes on cooldown meaning you can't just do it back to back super quickly unless, again, you sacrifice shotgun swapping

im so torn man... one one hand i absolutely love the consistency of the shotguns, but this thing is freaking awesome too

In Ultrakill, nothing is one dimensional
With the pump charge you can do a JUDGEMENT and kill everything.
In case anyone didn`t know it can also parry melee attacks (but not projectiles)
I already grapple-dash all the time so this weapon is perfect

violent pulverizing
This thing is cool, but I've been struggling to find circumstances where using it is actually better/worthwhile. This will be handy for that. I've been playing around with the new stuff by myself up until now, and thus far, it's kinda felt like I need to create excuses to use them for the sake of using them, rather than them actually being... well, good. Like, being able to bounce Cores off of coins is really goddamn cool, but it's also really awkward to actually use, and it costs having access to the regular nuke.
Gaining a lot of speed isnt actually that hard, just takes a bit of practice, this is one of the weapons that I consider you wont be using 'just for the sake of using it' if you know how to maintain momentum. Speaking of which, you might want to learn how to maintain momentum fast, its likely that hook cancelling is not the intended way to use this and might get patched :(
tip:if you want a high pogo with low speed stand above an enemy slam and bonk him before you hit him with the slam
i love how the femur breaker does a whole vineboom when you do the max speed hit hehe
don't forget that you can also change the variant to reset the cooldown and have another one ready

this is literally the new minecraft mace (i get the speed via falling usually (also you can pogo off enemies as long as you dont hit max speed too many times))
yea this was already known, probably gonna be fixed soon because it mitigates the purpose of the weapon to make you optimize your movement to go fast
What fix? This isn't a bug lol although probably not intended.
Remember you can do the same effect by jumping onto them, launching yourself a bit up and ground slamming (pump alt works best for this)
I’ve noticed if you hold down charge on the alt, then eject core and release after it becomes a sort of hitscan nuke, idk if it can interact with coins or how much damage it does compared to a regular core eject or nuke but it’s cool asf to do
When you core eject and blast it with the strongler it acts as an explosive hitscan rather than a projectile therefore allowing it to be coined. Do what you will with this information

You can dash jump to get the same results (you waste some dash and it is not that versatile but idk)

Would recommend using the sawed-on with the hammer, good backup during the cooldown and it deals extra ping-pong damage when you use the hammer on it
Hmmm, idk. The sawed on is better used as a primary rather than a backup, the idea is to juggle the hammer with the blue arm and at the same time shoot enemies with other guns (its possible to swap weaponswhile the saw is hooked to you), the only issue is the insane amount of focus this requires, but when pulled off you deal insane damage.
Btw you don’t have to press the whiplash button again, you can just punch, which also deals a bit more dmg
if you ground slam before punching with the alt shotgun you will fly to the atmosphere

I did actualy find this out on my own while testing, and holy shit this thing can nuke enemies, i use the pump charge variant, and a fully charged, max speed shot can take out like, 4/5 of a cerberus

Btw if you switch every shotgun back to it’s normal version, you can do some insane chainsaw parry + shotgun switching tech.
I am starting to like this weapon variant, however it doesn’t offer as much style as shotgun swapping offers
you can do both! It takes a bit of practice but, keybind the 'next alt' and 'previous alt' keys, and you can have both shotgun swappnig and the big boom stick!
or you can also:
1. use green variant
2. double charge
3. normal hook or get yellow speed
4. hit + knuckleblaster
Over charge a shot while falling, charge a normal one, then basically flatten
Ain't no way they added the moyai gun from UFG mod
Red altshotty is also goated when you hold both m1 and m2 and basically do the same whipcancel strat in the vid

Its a Cool weapon but i cant let Go one of my Shotguns Cuz i simply love too much the Shotgun Swaping
There's a simple solution for that! Keybind "next variant" and "previous variant", practice shotgun swapping with those and on the third slot you can have the prostate massager
You can pogo all enemies in cg with it its silly

There's three buttons in 7-2 that you can activate. Once you've hit all of them, you can enter the roof of the big cathedral type building at the first place the cart stops. That's where the Jackhammer is

there's a keybind for "previous variation" so you need to alternate the keys but you can still have shotgun swaps with one equipped alternate

What? You can just disconnect it by pressing the whip key again. You've always been able to do that.
