I love my home county of Cornwall, and it has many beautiful landscapes, but I am literally so envious of the locations you have all around your way! Alaska is a dream location! I really hope I get to visit it with my camera, & drone / fpv set ups at some point. Can you do another night sky video using the a7iii & 17-28mm at some point as that was epic!
I don't know which drone you have but on the DJI Mini 2 there's a setting whereby you can smooth out the gimbal and drone movement when initiating or stopping a move - 'Pitch' & 'Yaw' controls. It's worth having a tinker and see if it better suits your requirements and prevent the jerky movements you're probably referring to. On the Mini 2 it's located under Main menu > Control > Advanced Gimbal Settings. You can adjust these settings for each flight mode which is also very handy.
Good tips and tutorial Jake.
Thanks 👍
Thanks, Jake. A great refresher! Notes made. Have a fun-filled day! 😀

Thanks! Unfortunately I don’t have the a7iii anymore but it’s still a fantastic camera!
Thank you for the very informative video ive learn a lot❤❤
I'm so glad!
Hi Jake..... Nice video..I need to learn to relax more doing these moves. Sometimes I tense up and gets harder to smoothly move the sticks.

Thanks for the great vids Jake, Can I ask what props you run on the Mavic 3? Does low noise version offer any benefits?
I haven't used any low noise ones I just use the DJI ones
Howdy Jake. Thank you for all the excellent information packed into this video. Outstanding information and a refresher for all drone pilots. Cheers!
