    LockPickingLawyer and MrPuzzle are an unstoppable force. I think their definition of 'impossible' is at most a 4/5 rating lol, I wonder what could possibly get the highest rating for MrPuzzle.

    Great puzzle, Mr. Puzzle! I’d love to see more videos like this where instead of showing the 5-40mins (condensed to ~10mins) unaltered solve, you walk through the solution as you did here (with hints of red herrings and pitfalls, of course). Then! At the end, You show a very short montage (1min) of your actual on-camera solve with the time clock in the lower corner. In other words, we get the detailed puzzle solve first and then a short blooper reel at the end. Could be a fun format to try out!

    Wow that is awesome, I at 1st thought the shape of the print might be a map to the maze but then instead got it a second after. Very unique. Edit:I thought this was a new video cos i knew i had seen it before on your channel but when u said you had already solved it I thought oh yeah that’s why it seems familiar and thought the old video (actually this video) was the way you solved it with luck and this was a new video showing the right way. It was when i saw i had already liked the video and saw the upload date I realised my error lol

    I dont like the need for some external apparatus/stimulus for any puzzle. Otherwise, many of the ball puzzles could be solved with a magnet. 🧲

      It would have been more interesting if you put your palm to the face of the puzzle and became transparent as a result of the hand heat. I agree though.

    • @XiaoYueMao
      @XiaoYueMao 3 роки тому +17

      you dont need external heat. this material actually works with hand heat. MrPuzzle only used a hair dryer to speed it up so he didnt have to rest his hand for a while to show us

    • @LeonBelmont1000
      @LeonBelmont1000 3 роки тому +5

      @@XiaoYueMao It would have been nice to see how long it would take normally though. Who wants to sit around for 5-10 mins with their hand on the puzzle and not engage with it? That seems like an inherent flaw, unless im to believe that the person would be sitting there thinking about it while having their hand on it by chance.

    Great video and very cool puzzle. I'm not sure I would ever get it though, because most puzzles are self-contained. Will it turn transparent if you hold your hand on it long enough? If not, the solution is a little to out there unless I had a better hint than the finger print and example. I just wouldn't think I need outside tools.

    • @groreistad5234
      @groreistad5234 3 роки тому +4

      Sethusk I agree. I thought that the fact that the black dot turned transparent with your fingerprint was a hint that the surface would do the same if you put your hand on it.

    • @Mr.Puzzle
      @Mr.Puzzle  3 роки тому +1

      Not sure it the hand would be enough. I think breathing in might work.

    • @tjthompson3270
      @tjthompson3270 3 роки тому

      Well duhh of course it will work, why else would the hint be a finger print if you are not supposed to put your hand on it to reveal the puzzle that way?? It should after all easily be solvable without using an extra (electric) tool right.. Also he said between 25-30 degrees Celcius, the human body is around 37 degrees Celcius from inside, so outside probably is a little colder than that but after a few minutes putting your hand on it flat, it should become perfectly visible I would say!
      Super cool puzzle BTW, Thnx 4 sharing it!!
