Shout out to the actress who played Rose. Her acting was just so on point that I never suspected her, and even when evidence that she is in on it popped up, I was hoping that she had been brainwashed too, cause the thought of Chris being surrounded by psychos was just too terrifying. That confused key searching was just *chefs kiss*, and the tension as Chris slowly starts to accept reality that she was playing him and shouts at her...that was so freakin awesome. I also loved how you could hear the keys jingling in her bag the whole time.

The thing about plot twists is that there is always hints, like saying"basment has BLACK molds", "Logan",when he said"this kitchen is a part of my mother(talking aboyt the maid)", the girl not allowing the police to take his ID because if he went missing the police will remmeber his name and that he entered this house(as in his location), not wanting him to smoke so the organs stay healthy, georgina fixing her hair, so that the surgery scars don't show.

The actress who played Rose deserves an Oscar. Creepiest woman I've seen in a movie. The scene where she talks on the phone with his friend, pretending to be worried and crying while her face was cold as ice... Damn... Even when Chris found the photographs, I almost wished she was hypnotised aswell, that's how likeable she was before showing her true colors.

at the end i thought Chris was going to be arrested because he was on top of a white woman. she also pleaded for help in a sarcastic manner. i had a negative feeling from the cop car. Turns out the cop was his friend. However make-up did such a shitty job revealing that big ass scar in the end so deep down on their foreheads that at least under Georgina's half sliced wig you *should* have noticed. With a lot of good will you can just so let it slip under Walter's baseball cap and Logans southern hat shadows - but not with Georgina. There was absolutely no need for and could have drawn it way more up on the hair line instead middle of front, so she as well could have hid under the wig rim. Or at least a different hairstyle like tight bangs.
Such a big new reveal and no check on already shot footage if it even matches prior appearances / filming from beginning with already in mind which methods to conceal big ass around entire head scar.

You can't be fairly sure that wasn't the reason without any good causation. In fact, it would actually make more sense a dark void and coming into a light snapping out of it as reasoning vs a "just because" scenario. Prime example, numerous victims were already taken, I'm sure they would have known by now that a flash can cause them to come back momentarily. Knowing this, (or should have), they would have also known Chris is a photographer and should have been prepared prior if he starts taking photos. However they didn't, meaning it was either a flaw in concept when writing the script OR most likely would have that poetic source for such reasons.

Zephyrus_anim8 Yeah if you remove a brain, that personality is dead. So far we haven't seen any way to transfer a brain into another body to where they will be compatible. If a body can barely withstand a kidney transplant, it wouldn't interface with the bodies systems.

    • @Freshie207

Peele stated that the premise is loosely based on brain transfers seen in rodents, wherein they transferred part of the brain of one rat to the body of another rat who still had some of his brain left, the neurons were successfully able to connect and thus the Rat functionally had 2 halves of a brain acting as one. So Brain transplants are possible but thus far are restricted to animals and have incredibly high fail rates, as for personality transfer well it's impossible to see that sort of thing in rodents but it is worth noting apparently their motor skills were only mildly impacted so from a function perspective it's not different from waking up from a coma.

Used as a trap to prevent the mainstream or alternative media from getting ahold of information. Illuminati elite type shit. I don't know, it would add to the shit for a sequel. The hero finally prevails and 2 seconds later we see cop car lights approaching signifying a sense of relief and victory... roll credits. BUT not here. Instead we feel like our hero is fucked because that sense of racial injustice seeps in. I think we still would’ve felt this way even without the cop scene from earlier. Just a great movie all around. Jordan Peele has a real talent for this stuff and I can’t wait to see what he does next. I loved US but Get Out was incredible

?? His mom didn't die "in a room nearby". Not sure where you got that from. It's stated multiple times in the movie that she never came home (probably from work, or just going out) and he never called the cops or anyone, and feels guilty about it. She died in a car crash. Not a "room nearby".

It was Rose's car driving to her parents. He didn't get Rose's car keys. Stupidly overacted scene anyway - who would make that fuzz before leaving door/standing next to car?! Screaming around when many more family are closely around and he has already realized for an early leave, they up to no good on him. Even if Rose still was on his side they were owerpowering the both of them anyway just alike. Build up gone wrong when it's so unrealistic asking 50 times handing him car keys. I mean it's not his car.
After knocking out Jeremy's keys incl. car key fell out his pocket. So he sped off with Jeremy's car and crashed it.
      Rod picked him up.
It's all good - eeeh?!!! Surely he got his own car waiting at home with those car keys in his appartement.

exactly. how his mother died was made clear in the movie and reiterated throughout with them hitting the dear/Chris not wanting to just leave it; him walking in the woods and seeing it; him not wanting to leave georgina after hitting her and oh yeah, there's that other small detail [sarcastically speaking] about the true basis for his hypnosis and going into the sunken place - the guilt for not checking on his mother.

There was big clue near the beginning of the movie that Rose was in on it. When they first arrive at the Armitage house, Rose acted surprised her parents were getting ready for a big party. A few minutes later, Rose's parents mention the party is an annual event. This is the first time Rose is shown to be lying, although Chris doesn't catch it. Rose lying about knowing about the party isn't a big lie, but the only reason she would have to lie is if she felt like she needed to cover up the reason behind the timing of their visit.

    • @BRabbid
      @BRabbid 6 років тому +18

    • @argmanah
      @argmanah 6 років тому +101

Right, but it would be really weird for her not to know about an annual event that her parents host every year. The fact that she acted surprised is a strange reaction, if you really think about it. It's pretty subtle, but when that scene occurred I leaned over to my wife and whispered, "She's totally in on whatever is going on here."

This would have ruined the movie. With Logan you saw they quickly violently separated and hypnotized him back down to the sunken place! The movie didn't make you believe it was just lasting for couple seconds and it would be quickly reversed by inner fight with the dominant brain - Missy's re-hypnotizing absolutely needed.
So if Gerogina *WAS* on her own doing your lil theory , she had done *way* more like calling 911 for illegal brain transplant operations at this estate going on or going to the kitchen taken a knife.... either killing herself or at least 1 Armitage and certainly not pretty much nothing.
If she had done several times for seconds only like you imply, what's the matter anyhow if Grandma cleans up her actions right after as with setting Rose's pictures up for Chris. The director himself stated it was Rose and not Georgina who wanted Chris to see the pictures. It be kinda stupid anyhow to keep such unneccesary evidence (for police someday in such high risk consequences) plus keep them like that if it wasn't for mind games and the love victim being more broke inside to not fight so much against his new situation as it was randomly explained through TV. Following the sea scene opening up about his mom and declaring his love was just brilliant directing. All of it is rather genius. With tiny loopholes as in literally ANY movie.
But here it was crystalclear they just wanted Chris phone not so busy/reachable/trackable.

If you didn't catch it there were two things that caught me and took me so much deeper once I thought about them.
SPOILER ALERT UP NEXT but you already watched the video so *Kanye shrug*
    1. When Chris was scratching at the sofa in the waiting room and looks at the armchairs cotton I, and a few others, found the symbolism in how he used the cotton to trick the brother into thinking he was asleep when he wasn't. He had to LITERALLY PICK COTTON to do it.
    2. Rose didn't eat the cereal with the milk because she wanted to keep the color(eds) from the whites. However when drinking the milk she used a black straw. I had to think on that for a second.
If you find anything else that was dope or super layered reply and let's discuss!!

When they tell rose's father that they killed a deer on the road and he starts talking about how the deer population is growing and that he would want to kill as many of them as possible if he had the chance ... he was definitely talking about black people. And when they tie up chris in the chair and the tv goes on theres a taxidermy head stuck to the wall on top of it which he uses to kill rose's dad which is pretty ironic. Awesome movie loved it !

I couldn't move and screamed the whole time to my family and doctors but they couldn't hear me. I could hear everything around me from doctors, family, tv, and nurses. After that, I got put in my medical file to be taking off life support if I was ever in a coma again. It was pure hell. To this day when I'm super tired, or stressed out from life I have nightmares I'm still stuck in a coma and can't move or be heard. Luckily my wife wakes me up.

Another theory I believe is that the reason Andre was kidnapped and not lured into a committed relationship with Rose is because it was an 'emergency' surgery due to the woman's husband possibly passing away suddenly. Therefore they lured Andre who was kidnapped by Jeremy and put into a trance so the brain of the woman's husband he was with in the movie could be transferred to his Andre's body.

I'm almost 100% sure that he flashed the camera on "grandpa" first, then the real guy came back in control and said he wanted to shoot Chris himself to trick rose into handing over the gun. >_> not that "grandpa" said he wanted to do it THEN Chris flashes his camera.

dude literally did no "explaining"and still fucked the plot up. In fact that was a major moment, because it was evidence that the captive black person had enough mental capacity and control to lie to Rose about still being her grandpa.
So there are entire personalities truly stuck forever in the sunken place. You really feel their pain.

I find it a bit ridiculous that she spends four months capturing one guy.
    1) her brother's methods are much more expedient. He likely pulls in around at least 5-10 in the four months it takes her to get 1.
    2) why not cheat? See multiple guys at once. Then she would have more value for her time
    3) making it publicly know that you're dating a guy before kidnapping him is just stupid. The cops will ask questions and when two of your boyfriends within 8 months go missing, it's pretty obvious that you are the common factor

Patent number : US 20020088467A1 mind transfer method.
If patent exists, that means the method exists.
Please feel free to google and research further.
Brain transplant is not possible ( fir now) however trauma based MK ULTRA mind control programming is absolutely real.
Kanyes rant was related to Kanye being an MK ULTRA victim.
Search the interview which was filmed when Kanye was released from psych ward--- kanye is standing next to Donald Trump, zonked out, hardly says a word, his hair dyed white( likely to cover up grey hair resulting from ECT " therapy"= electroshock " treatments" which are legal again at least in Australia since 2014 from the age 14 yo and onwards---- google Australian Mental Health Act 2014).
So, Kanye broke some truths about whats coming to all of us ( soecifically mentioning Snoop Dogg which is one of the elites members )--- next thing Kanye gets dragged from concert stage by security and is given a " nice relaxing holiday" in psych ward, LOL, comes out after FOUR MONTHS barely coherent , with his hair dyed blonde--- and USA President no less answers the questions INSTEAD of Kanye at press conference and Kanye just stands next to him zonked out barely able to string 2 words together.
But yeah, sure, MK ULTRA is " just a conspiracy", right?
      Lol.
Read Brice Taylor " Thanks for the memories" and youtube-search Kathy OBrien.
      Will blow your mind.
"Blow your mind" is LITERALLY a reference to ECT and electroshock during MK ULTRA.
Also research George Giordano From DARPA brain research.
Good luck in that rabbit hole, youll need lots of it.

A few things to note, his mother wasn't in another room but out on the street bleeding out, he feels guilt because he never informed anyone that she was missing. which could have saved her since she passed away the next day in the morning. And Walter only asked for the gun to "do it himself" after the flash not before, since that was when the real person took charge again. I don't know for me FoundFlix often doesn't explain any meaning behind anything just says what happened in a short summary. And in every video i see he says something wrong. I gain nothing from the videos and for that reason i'm out.

It was clear to me that the girlfriend was in on it from the bingo/auction scene. She took Chris away to the scene by the lake to stop him from seeing the auction.
What I don't understand is this: When Chris finds the photos of her with the other victims, he should have known not to trust her. So why did he attempt to leave with her, expecting her to find the keys and give them to him on the way out?
