A newly born baby has pea sized stomach when gradually expands to a size of a golf ball in a week. Half a spoon milk is enough for a new born baby and you did a great job. Being a new mother I experienced the same cracked nipples. But now it's all good my baby is 3 months old now.

Watch videos on good latch. Even I had painful nipples whole breastfeeding then I consulted lactation expert. She taught me correct way to feed and latch. N correct positions .That really helps. Breastfeeding should not hurt at all Ans don't listen to old ladies that you have to bear the pain. They mostly don't have knowledge about it.

Apply some ghee on your nipples it will help in softening the nipples. As a mother I also had suffered this pain. Then my grandma told me to apply ghee on nipples. When you r feeding your baby just wipe it with warm water and feed your child. It will really help u a lot...

Hello di mere sath v same problems ayi thi, apko pta h di apki or meri delivery and breastfeeding story same h, bilkul same mai jb v apka delivery journey dekhti hu, mai apne aap se relate krti hu, or ab to ye breastfeed journey dekhne k baad se to or v lagta h ki ye to meri story h, same Problem flat nipple, pain everything

I need to pump my milk out and then feed .. but after watching your videos the tips and experience you share have helped alot ..

Apply some ghee on your nipples it will help in softening the nipples. As a mother I also had suffered this pain. Then my grandma told me to apply ghee on nipples. When you r feeding your baby just wipe it with warm water and feed your child. It will really help u a lot...

Yes its very painful I also suffer this painful journey my nipples literally is broken and bleeding also my Dr asked don't feed ur baby for 15 days and then my nipples are turn into there shap and condition I not feed my baby for many months then milk is gone I feel so sad for my baby
