I just bought that motor to rebuild the first scx24 chevy truck the blue one . Good video . After watching I need to get busy and do the install. But all my attention had been taken over by the losi promoto mx. Lol I love that motorcycle. Between VITAVON and GPM I have replaced almost every part on mine . Hey, did you ever get around to trying to install the VITAVON brake caliper onto your promoto ? They sent me their redesigned one . I'm still waiting on it . Ryan told me that this one would work . Much respect, sir . Stay cool 😎

Thoughts on 16:1 vs 40:1 gears?
I just ordered the torpedo+radio combo for the 4M and am wondering which gears to put in. Gonna run both 2s and 3s. Do the 16:1 gears give plenty of crawl control? I'd like to maintain some trail speed ability.
What transmitter are you using with the trx4m furitek builds? My furitek one broke and they want way too much for a new one

I’m having an issue after installing this combo on my Katana. Under load going over an obstacle the motor will stall and I’ll get a loud whine sound coming from the esc. Is this normal? I figured it could be a way to protect itself from damage under binds.
They told me there is a new update for the esc that helps with that issue. please connect to it and do the update.
@@ExocagedRC I have the latest update installed. The whine will go away if I let off the throttle but it’ll happen again under heavy load or if my tires get pinched.
