I love that you can watch it without audio, just in case you're somewhere you don't want to be loud. The music does add a very nice dimension to it, though.
Hi , Dude you got my sub on this vid though i already watched a substantial number , but this one will keep me hooked ! Great channel , keep on and good luck even though you really don't need it , you're the only youtuber i've seen detailing moves with such efficiency without being on the screen yourself . Your content is awesome Thanks , with it i'll train so much better !
You mentioned that the misdirection cross is one of many misdirection moves. I know there are other less common moves like a misdirection thru the legs and behind the back but what are the others besides those 3?
I’m good at 1v1 but not real pickup games when I’m playing team it’s just feel like I should passes and never dribble again only way I can score is shooting 3’s when I’m open should I drive more or something?
Can you make a video on how to react to defense? Because me personally I understand how a player can react and take what the defense gives them...but is there a specific way that you can develop this?
It's just understanding space and knowing whether to pass or shoot with it... this channel breaks down space creation very well with Melo, Tracy McGrady, and Jamal Crawford
When you are on your heels, you are usually off balance/ in a bad position to react, and it happens when you are surprised by something and get off balance and use your heels to prevent falling. Basically what it means is keep your defender guessing and try to put him in bad situations by surprising him and being unpredictable.
It's a good day when the "In The Lab" and "Any Means Basketball" channel upload on the same day.
Ghettollama Fire i know man
Ghettollama Fire Hells yes
Stay shifty, my friends
Chandasouk *san Diego
I like that you added some tips on defending a shifty ball-handler. Excellent content.

Me too so detailed
Simply C h r I s indeed !
DRIFT do you still
I used to love being shifty. I felt like no one can stay in front of me. I can't wait to get back from injury.

@@Tonybaloney6969 lol

Jeremy Rhodes. I did too!
Please do a attention to detail on finishing around the rim. Like all the different typical moves guards use to finish when they get to the hoop
This is by far the best basketball channel I have ever come across, and is very unique as well. Keep up the good work.
this channel does not get enough credit, deserves WAY more subscribers. Amazing work. Salute

This chanel is literally the most educating channel out there. You do a great job, soon you will become big!
Keep making these videos everyone I watch I add into my workouts and slowly I'm becoming ungruadbale with my shots or dunks
kemba walker is the shiftiest period.
jumper F22 nah he's just really fast
exactly, thats the main focal point of being shifty. Change of direction, and acceleration deceleration. Go look at his highlights
Yeah he's definitely nasty asf. its just too tough to decide who's the most shifty lol
Byakuya Kuchiki definitely not james harden lol he has a quick first step but not shifty
jumper F22 he's definitely shifty especially when he hits the defender with an aggressive cross, then decelerates and hits a step back
Keep em up. Incredible videos you're doing here
Phenomenal break down what it means to be shifty! #ShiftTeam
Every time the video freezes: it was at this moment the defender knew... He fucked up
Amazing video! I'm a new sub, just started binge watching.
Attention to detail on passing and ball movement !!!
You should make a quiz to help player find what style is best for them based on their skills and physical abilities.
That’s fucking retarded. You do what feels natural. You don’t “learn” a style of ball-handling lmao. Either you are or aren’t. Lmfao
@@myrusEW natural feels by itself only gets you so far trust me on that
Chris Legaspi pretty ingnorant statement

Kemba and Kyrie can form a medusa duo because they can stone other players ankles.
i dont understand the "put defenders on their heels" thing should i take it literally or what?
When you are on your heels, you are usually off balance/ in a bad position to react, and it happens when you are surprised by something and get off balance and use your heels to prevent falling. Basically what it means is keep your defender guessing and try to put him in bad situations by surprising him and being unpredictable.
