    I love that you can watch it without audio, just in case you're somewhere you don't want to be loud.

    You mentioned that the misdirection cross is one of many misdirection moves. I know there are other less common moves like a misdirection thru the legs and behind the back but what are the others besides those 3?

      When you are on your heels, you are usually off balance/ in a bad position to react, and it happens when you are surprised by something and get off balance and use your heels to prevent falling. Basically what it means is keep your defender guessing and try to put him in bad situations by surprising him and being unpredictable.
