I am Farmer before as trainee then shift another category in caregiving.And now I am SSW caregiver but my company ask me to take beginner license (shoninshakenshuu) and jitsumushakenshuu plus 3years experience in order to take kaigofukushishikouka shiken.🥺

hi, I might be able to come to japan, kobe as a caregiver, as a student, so i know it's not going to be easy at first but would you suggest me if i could come? and what is your duty timing? u work all the week or rest on weekend? and is there any kind of discrimination
