This was very helpful, Leroy. Thanks. I will be flying to AMS and back in December, and hoped to find the cabin configuration on the 787-10’s better than the 9’s. Yours is the first KLM business class review where they didn’t provide the little porcelain houses filled with gin - or the Apple pancakes as a breakfast option. If those things are missing when I fly, I will be very disappointed. Also was disappointed to see that the seats have no HDMI interface, so I can play my own content on the seat screen. The price was right $2,700 RT, so I chose KLM for this trip. Your videos are good - no wasted footage or rambling commentary. 👍🏻

Excellent video! Thank you. My last flight on KLM was just prior to the pandemic, on the 747. I recall a breakfast choice and I had the french toast. It was a RT booking, and I received Delft Houses on both legs. Your video is helpful in deciding whether or not to book KLM. (Undecided) Thank you!

Ugh. First world problem. Doing a long haul international. United POLARIS I have booked. BUT......KLM would be $7500 less. Mind you zPolaris is direct from NYC to India and KLM I'd have the whole connection thing. I keep wanting to talk myself into KLM for the money. Crap food? I'm fine with for one day. But the idiotic seat - that can be annoying. Storage - again, an annoyance. Part of the business class expense for me - is less annoyance, less stress. I've been debating all month. I want to stick to Polaris but $7500..... (I'm in my late 40's and retired. 1st kid college in 2 years...hence....:) thanks for the honest review......I dont think I can do KLM.
I wouldn't do it for thebsole purpose of you being able to get a nonstop to India alone!

I'd rather give up the nice cutlery and take paper plates and forks. I'd be fine with blah colors for the cabin. I'd trade all that, in return for air conditioning quality of the average 80's Chevy. There's some great values on KLM business....but man, I can't get right with it being that hot for 7+ hours.

@@Moussa225 probably problems from the airport service. If u fly business class in klm they will normally always give u a house, sometimes when there’s some houses left over, u can take 2!
What are "dutch food options"? The dutch nation is not famous for any kind good, except cheese. The the only inspired food option would be a cheese platter.😂
But KLM is all in all not very well known for high quality food or friendly flight attendants.
