FoxVideo Screener VHS Warning Scroll (1995)

From a screener of the Arnold Schwarzenegger actioner "True Lies". This was Fox's way of telling you that this tape was not intended for public consumption and that if it was in your hands, you ought to give the studio a call. This is a bit of a useless instruction now, especially since Disney bought out the Fox studio itself later on. Also, after the scroll, a number reading "51229" is flashed; I have no idea what it means.

What is the opening to this tape like? Could you please upload it?

If I remember correctly,, it opened with the FBI warning, the standard notice about the tape serving only a promotional purpose, the theatrical trailer for the film itself (with a slight modification), the format screen, and then the film itself.
Unfortunately, this tape is copy-protected, so I have no means of ripping it directly.
