ive come to realize alot of media people dont actually “hate” lebron. Its just simply what conversations drive up more viewership. Take most of the things lebron says with context and at face value and most of it is a none story but take it out of context or imply a deeper meaning and you have a new segment with the name of one of the most polarizing athletes in the world today in the title
This took way too long for me to realize this but when i saw people cropping that clip to only 4sec to push agendas then i realize that it just has to be for attention. Which im not mad at because thats just the nature of things
This how it goes …. If the lakers win it’ll be “Omg Lebron beat the defending champs in the 1st round”
But if they lose “Omg of course the lakers lost they were a 7 seed against the defending champs nobody else would be expected to win”

Dude in the top left corner had LeBron winning the series but now that they’re down 0-3 “ahh he’s in year 21 guys”. Also it’s true when Russ said let’s have fun he got slander but when LeBron says it’s just basketball it’s perfectly fine
having a discussion about a 3 word sentence with none of the context, lol... he wasn't minimizing basketball, at all. the question was about the pressure of having to play perfectly is leading to the team underperforming. he's saying there's no pressure because it's just basketball, something they've done their whole lives.

For anyone wondering the context of it was: bron was asked how his teammates deal with the pressure of tryna come back from 3-0 and he said 'its just basketball' in terms of how his teammates should view it to not add any outside pressure to them doing what they need to do
