I'm way late to watching the obi wan series (and the mandalorian) but I want to thank you for making this video. I feel like jumping into it now but wasn't sure if I was going to mess up the timeline by watching obi wan first. Thanks man!
I'm still one of those people who finds it strange that they picked the Grand Inquisitor as the main villain with somewhat of a role for Vader as well when that doesn't exactly fit in into the continuity they've created. Kenobi and Maul had a more fierce rivalry, and more interactions, than Kenobi and Vader. It would've made so much more sense if they went with Maul and have this series last a couple of seasons until his death, or the scene of his first introduction into the franchise way back in Episode IV. Maybe even get a live action cameo from the Phoenix squad, near the end. But I don't get the Vader thing, at all. I mean, I do. From a marketing point of view, but story-wise, continuity-wise; it makes very little sense. Just like the premise of The Mandalorian ànd Book of Boba Fett. But both those shows ended up being somewhat entertaining, one more so than the other. So I'm sure they'll give it a twist so it does make sense. But still, not a great feeling to start a new series with. Thinking that it's just a marketing ploy, like Mando was to sell Grogu merchandise. I hope I'm soooooooo wrong.

I hope that in some show or something in the future there will be a scene where the force ghosts of anakin obi wan and ahsoka are reunited
