'Without giving the game away'
Then shows you the villains face reveal😂
I blame the editor for that more so than the presenter, but it's definitely a massive blunder
@@PandaKnightsFightingDragons oh yeah its 100% on the editor that one
I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST ME. Man I was so mad lmao Like those who watched this versus those who just listened got two very different List experiences!
Lady Arkham is pretty much the phantom from mask of the phantom
@@jsmith3946 Did you mean mask of the phantasm?
Batman the telltale series is criminally underrated
I was not ready for that series to end. I would have even wanted a full gameplay Arkham style game in that animation & storytelling depth.
One of my favorite renditions is the Batman 'verse. Only thing I didn't absolutely love was the joker.
I agree. Stellar games, TellTale knows how to handle licensed properties for fan service, and Batman was perfect for them
Nintendo didn't "lose" the license to Mike Tyson, they chose to replace him after his legal troubles which wound him up in prison surfaced.
no they replaced him before that the real reason was because he lot the belt
Legal troubles is one to describe it.
Ah that wasn't Andrew Ryan using the Phrase "Would you kindly", that was Atlas, and Ryan wasn't technically even the "villain" of Bioshock, again, that would be Atlas. Did the writer of this episode play Bioshock? This seems like a pretty big misstep, even for a filler WC video.
God please give us 4 soon. 😢
Ryan learned about the WYK trigger and committed suicide by Jack using it to show Jack how he was merely a puppet up until that point. (I still think he didn't die.)
You know, once WC stopped showing who the writers are of the various videos (right around the time Jules left for FGS), I swear the quality of the writing has gone downhill too.
@@JimTheFly It's most apparent on WC Horror
You'll also note a lot of videos repeating. Give it 2 months and another version of this list will pop up.
Speaking of things they got wrong in this video, the player character of Undertale is NOT Ciara it's Frisk. Ciara is important to the backstory of Flowey, but isn't your player character.
Fuggin love you Jess, I spent an hour going through all of Transcendent One's dialog. Torment is awesome
The Templars didn't burn Connor's village, that was Washington.
Umm actually Haytham Kenway didn't appear once, he was in AC3 but he also played a big role AC Rogue
He is in 3 games
@Canrugger oh yeah and the small cameo of him as a kid in Black Flag, and he was mentioned in syndicate
Andrew Ryan was not the one manipulating Jack up until their meeting. There is obfuscating the twist, and there is outright lying.
Batman in telltale looks just like archer 😂
OMG 🤣 I never thought of that but now I can’t unsee it 😆
I have no mouth and i must scream was written by HARLAN ellison , not harold.
Terrific story. Great game
I love her saying "Dr. Robuttnik" 😂
Kessler from Infamous, though it's obvious why he only has the one appearance.
Jade Empire needs a remake
The Transcendent One! Yes! The first thing that came to my mind starting this video!
Always a good day when Jade Empire makes the list
Metroid Fusion and SA-X are criminally underrated.
Haythem was in AC Rogue too.
He is in 3 games lol
@@Canrugger Oh yes! He was in Black Flag too!
But he was only an actual villain in AC 3
I’ve played all the AC Games from AC II to Odyssey. So far, I loved the story of AC II. Nothing beats that. But gameplay wise I loved playing Syndicate.
Is playing AC I worth it? Also, how’s Valhalla? I heard that it has zero stealth.
Haytham Kenway didn’t only appear once, he was in AC Rogue too.
Wart from Super Mario Bros 2. He should make a cameo in the next Mario movie and be voiced by Kyle Gass. This will open a lot of comedy potential with Jack Black's Bowser.
I love the fact that Kotor is your all-time favourite rpg! I'm on the page page.
Haytham Kenway is a pretty important supporting character in Assassin's Creed Rogue, so I'm not sure he counts. Granted, he wasn't technically an antagonist in that game.
Unfortunately SA-X can't return since they were definitively killed off in fusion and the Metroid vaccine makes it impossible for the X virus to clone Samus again. Would be cool though if it happened. Maybe they could at least do a neat reimagining
Andrew Ryan....the not main antagonist of BioShock who also appears in Burial at Sea in Infinite..... Both in which he's not really a villain, he's a very ego driven narcissist but he's not actually a bad guy, when someone wrongs him he pushes back.....sorry but who the hell wrote this list???
For me Odin from God of War Ragnarök. He seems reasonable and harmless from the surface but, he is manipulative and formidable in reality. His transformations are convincing, and manipulations are very subtle that he can trick many people into getting what he wants. Such a well put together villain despite his very frail appearance goes to show that not all villains have to look muscular or scary to be the big nasty boss.
Harlan Ellison, not Harold Ellison
Without giving the game....provides to show numerous spoilers 😂😂😂😂
Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! was available in Europe, I've had the game for as long as I can remember. And I'm glad that was the version I grew up not only because of Mike Tyson himself (I found out a few years later that Mike Tyson was a real boxer, and that made me think that all the boxers in the game was real), but because the PAL optimization of the Mr Dream version is horrible, while the PAL Mike Tyson version might be better than the NTSC version.
No Majoras Mask? I mean they make an appearance in other games I guess, but as a villain it was just in the one.
Zant as well, yes his actions were basically manipulated by Ganondorf, he was still a fantastic villain Imo.
General Raam from gears of war, very intimidating and imposing villain, though I can't remember if he shows up again in any later games.
So yeah, most of these villains only show up once, because many of them only had 1 game or are part of franchises that change the story completely with each new game.
Haytham Kenway....yeah remember he's in Rogue too -_- where if anything he's more of a villain, so this is a bit of a screw up
AM sounds like G.L.A.D.O.S’ g-paw…
Haam Kenway lol
Personally I'm fine when people/entities are killed that they stay dead, including bosses. So when devs play on their themes but don't make them reincarnations I think that's actually a plus.
Serrator Power Rangers Super Samurai Not a video game but this guy to start off he turned Deker Into a Half Nighlok and Dayu Into a full Nighlok also he tried to split the planet In half so this guy a smarter villian the master Xandred IMAO
I would replace Mike Tyson with Mephiles from Sonic '06.
Wasn't it Lady Arkham?
Ok but are Bowser, M Bison and Robotnik actually good villains?
Haytham Kenway was in 3 AC games….
I feel like DK is scarier than Tyson. I mean I would rather fight any human than a gorilla.
Editor, don't spoil the damn game when the script avoids it! That is all, have a good day.
number 1 was dumb there has been only one undetale game so of course there was only one appearance
Update the gaming list playlist
Wonder if flowery will be in deltarune
Undertale Yellow released recently and Flowey is in there too. A great fan made prequal worth checking out.
Not only did Haytham show up in more than 1 AC game, but Malak also showed up in Kotor 2
Ah, yes, Typical Whatculture Vid "Not to give away the whole game..." [editor shows 'big reveal' footage that gives away the whole game]
Vaas or I riot
He was in Far Cry 6
@@anthonysmurthwaite6258 we don't talk about Far Cry 6......
I keed, I keed. But he's still the best antagonist of all time, in my eyes. Just the right amount of interaction and threat. The only mistake theyade with FC3 was killing him off halfway through. If we killed Hoyt, then Vaas took over and was the big bad guy, it wouldn't have mattered that we didn't see him again until the end. Just knowing he was out there would've been enough
Also, he's what Handsome Jack was trying so hard to be, too 🤣🤣🤣
But yeah, I'm still gonna riot 🤣
Haven't seen the video yet but Vaas from Far Cry 3 is number one
You guys really need to proper research with these lists or maybe you know have someone that actually played these games as the host...
Haytham Kenway also appears in AC: Rogue so completely wrong, plus Ryan isn't the villain of bioshock. Do ya research first
I know y’all think it’s sufficient to apologize for not trying to pronounce names that look super difficult to you, but it’s not. The google can pronounce it for you until you swing it. Hell, in this case, I learned it from - you know - playing AC III. It was gibberish to me until Ziio said it a handful of times and now I can say it without issue.
Spelling Ratonnhake:ton is harder, but seriously, y’all. You’re only being *slightly* less disrespectful with the apology than you would be if you just didn’t try and didn’t excuse yourself.
I get as tired of the “sorry for not trying to pronounce that” bit as I long have been of “what’s that in English?”
I thought Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village would have made the list. She was so hyped only to be the first boss.
i never got that far in punch out anyway
