Great video content! Apologies for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you tried - Mackorny Destroy Tumor Blueprint (google it)? It is a great one off product for getting rid of lipoma lumps minus the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker finally got excellent results with it.

Thank you doctor. Could you please do another video re the "worrisome lumps" and what we as Pet guardians should do. And how to process what our vets recommend. Not all doctors are in it for the money, but lots are. How do we sort thru it to truly help our pet. Many thanks.

When my dog was 17, he developed a Lipoma by his clavicle and it grew rapidly and reached a size bigger than a tennis ball. it was hard and had visible veins, as the hair wouldn't cover it and was pretty awful looking but we were hesitant to remove it due to his Advanced age. Finally the skin on the growth burst because it couldn't stretch anymore, and we decided we had to have it removed and if he passed away during the surgery we would accept it. The doctor used the anesthesia that they use on human infants and he came through the surgery with flying colors and was so comfortable for another year and died peacefully at 18 years and 3 months. I'm saying this to help people to not be so scared because the lump may be hard or may be giant and it still may not be fatal or cancer.
I would try one of your remedies for lumps for sure but you weren't on you tube back then! Thank you for all your help

This put me totally at ease, my 12 year old border collie mix has a huge growth on his side that was the same situation as yours, except it grow as big an a human head. It didn't burst, but he had explosive diahrea and some blood, but the growth shrunk more than half. He doesn't show any signs of pain. There is a tiny opening on it now and I saw some pus leaking from it and it is hot to touch. They never xrayed it but said cancer, but his senior labs showed everything was okay. I"m thinking a cancer doesn't shrink itself with no reason. We could have had him put down for no good reason.

My 12 Yr old collie has a few little lumps which I found really worrying when I first started to see them. Been monitoring them regularly but not seeing much change. Seen my vet said they were just fat deposits which builds up under the skin. Really put me at ease. Great that you are talking about this subject that will help those who have recently spotted a lump to help reassure them about the type of lump they are dealing with. Great stuff.

@@Axairuy dog's lump is clear and hard, but vet gives no advice. It is worrisome, especially as it gets larger. I am a senior as is my rescue dog, a Collie mix, adopted at about 5 years old in 2019, probably 11-13 now. Vets seem to ignore tumors or growths, but it concerns me. It is not covered with fur. Good luck with a solution for your fur baby.

There are apocrine gland cysts, which is what I found on my cat. They are cysts of the sweat glands and are filled with dark, watery cells, can be oily.
My cat's started out the size of the poppy seed. I found it doing the monthly exam I do on my cats. Thought it was a tiny scab at first, but on closer exam, found it was actually a bump.
Talked to my vet about it and it was so tiny, we just watched it for awhile. It got bigger, but was mobile under the skin, not attached.
Finally started growing a bit bigger so we had it examined and aspirated, the cells checked for anything abnormal, and that's how I found out it was an apocrine gland cyst. They're firmer than fatty cysts, but mobile under the skin. We will have it excised when it bothers him or gets too big. It is on his back.

I found a black/brown circular raised lump on my husky/lab mix. (Like the color of a tick, but it wasnt) It was slightly smaller than a pea. It was not really hard, just kinda rubbery feeling and slightly movable. It is located at the edge of one of her nipples. She has no more bumps anywhere else. She is 2yrs old, fixed, and has had puppies before she was fixed. She had the bump when we got her. It has not grown in size, but it did burst today, and had a very lightly cheesy, mostly white liquid coming out. Not much pain when I cleaned up the area, she just looked a bit annoyed.

I don't care what they say about you, Dr. Jones. I personally think that you are the best veterinarian I have ever seen. I've used all of the information that you've given on your channel and my animals are getting the best care ever. From the type of food that you think they should be eating to properly taking care of yeast infections. And I've also given many of my friends, the information as well as sent them your videos, and they are all extremely happy. Most of them don't even go to vets anymore. You are Truely a blessing. I got rid of my puppies, dry, itchy skin, and yeast infection in her ears for less than $10 and they have not come back. I remember my little dachshund that I had before. She's now passed. It took three tubes of that expensive yeast medicine from the veterinarian to finally get rid of her yeast infection in her ears and for $10 I took care of the one and my new puppies ears and they have not come back and she no longer scratches and itches her skin. I also use that for my other dogs ears to clean them. It's absolutely amazing. You are so kindhearted and so honest and I believe every word you say, and my friends that I've told about you that now watch your videos absolutely adore you, so God bless you and please don't stop your videos. I check with you before I ever take my puppy to the vet now or puppies. God bless you Dr. Jones I think you are incredible and it is so obvious how much you love animals. You're amazing. I personally think you're the best doctor I've ever seen, if you were a medical doctor, I would definitely have you take care of me. God bless you and thank you for taking such good care of my puppies. I know they will have a much longer and happier life because of you.❤❤❤!

Anxiously waiting for the call from my vet. She felt it and immediately said it isn't presenting like a lipoma. Decided to aspirate and look at the sample under a microscope but she seemed a little disappointed/discouraged that not much came up in the needle .... so I'm assuming that means it's likely not a cyst or abscess since those would probably drain a lot of fluid when punctured. It's on his neck, right below his collar. Really hoping it is just a cyst....it's been about one year since I first noticed it and it hasn't grown in size. Originally thought it was just a bug bite but it doesn't seem to be going away 😕 on the other hand....I have two places on my body where I got bug bites and they hardened over....so it looks and feels like I have 2 permanent bug bites on me. So I guess it's still possible he got bit by a bug and his body reacted by just forming a lump around the site? Idk. Just waiting on the call... I'm really terrified of it being cancerous. Trying to remind myself that he is otherwise healthy, still has lots of energy, and has been putting on weight, which are all good signs.

My dog had a lump pop up on his leg pretty quickly. It ruptured this wknd and is ulcerated. I have it covered a left a message with the vet to get in asap. He has several other smaller lumps on his legs that popped up recently. I am hoping for the best, but I guess preparing for tough news. The ruptured mass is the size of a silver dollar maybe, the others are smaller and still covered with skin. Prince is about 9 or 10.
This video was very helpful. I have been reading all day about these tumors. Will have to see what the vet says after they can get a closer look.

    Hello Dr. Jones,
My 6lb mixed Chiuahua/Chinese Crested dog has had a little bump since
January 20th, 2018 that was on a Saturday... I didn't have any money I'm on disability and the vet was closed just in case I could borrow money. My friend that rescues pets referred me to Her friend that has several Chihuahuas she said it sounded like Laci had
    Sprained her left hip from
Jumping. And to gently rub warm coconut oil on her and I did it for weeks. On Oct 19th ,2018 Friday I went to the mailbox and when I came back I thought Laci was upset with me because I wouldn't let her lay in my lap because I had a heating pad on my lower abdominal and I didn't want her to get burned.
Later I picked her up and put her in the bed with me and she jumped off the bed as if she were upset with me and she went to her bed.
The next morning she Yelped when I picked her up and I noticed some dried blood behind her ear going Toward her Neck.I thought she scratched yourself with her nails? I put a towel down on the table and I put her there and wiped her clean with a little hydrogen peroxide on a pad and when I cleaned her off I saw three little dots where blood was coming back when I wiped it again it went away and I couldn't tell where the three dots of blood were coming from anymore. Because I've had TWO CORNEA TRANSPLANTS. Her skin looked dry because she's hairless and I rubbed some coconut oil all over her body and she yelped again and that's when I noticed the BUMP ! EVERYONE says I PANIC and I'm ALWAYS running my baby to the vet and my mom and my friends say dogs have been taking care of themselves for years BUT, THESE ARE DIFFERENT BREEDS OF DOGS TO ME ! I've NEVER had to do some of the things to my past dogs when I was growing up that I have to do for Laci. Like I NEVER KNEW WHAT ANAL GLAND EXPRESSIONS WERE ??? Now I know how to do it 🙏. But, I waited Patiently and it has NOT grown any bigger sometimes it gets INFLAMED I put my finger on it and it feels PUFFY it's a little bump on her back by her butt. In August it was time to get her DHLPP shot and the Vet said it's nothing it looks like she might have been bit by something?
Now we're in October it has been 9 months sometimes she raises her left hind leg up to run. She STILL PLAYS, SHE EATS ALOT, SHE DRINKS A LOT OF WATER. IT just BOTHERS me to SEE it THROUGH HER SKIN POKING OUT and when it's inflamed it bothers her... SHE CAN'T JUMP UP INTO MY LAP IN THE RECLINER AND I STOPPED HER AND I PICK HER UP. I made a rice bean bag Pouch and put it on her for a little while it seem like it shrank for a minute but its back and I just put a DECAFFEINATED GREEN TEA BAG ON IT. I DON'T have any HONEY at the Moment. I don't know where to buy lavender. you suggested those things to me. When I do get it DO I WARM THE HONEY AND THE LAVENDER OIL ? DO I USE THEM TOGETHER OR SEPARATE ???
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GIVE HER DECAFFEINATED CHAMOMILE TEA or DECAFFEINATED GREEN TEA ?
The ONLY DECAFFEINATED GREEN TEA I HAVE at the moment is by Lipton and it has HONEY LEMON and CHAMOMILE in it. Can she have that PARTICULAR TEA BAG THAT HAS THREE INGREDIENTS IN IT???
I'M SORRY MY MESSAGE IS SO LONG SHE ALSO HAS ARTHRITIS I'VE SEEN HER KNEES POP OUT OF PLACE TWICE I'VE HAD HER SINCE SHE WAS A BABY AND SHE IS 4 YEARS OLD NOW. THE VET SAID I'M DOING GOOD WITH KEEPING HER WEIGHT DOWN DUE TO THE FACT THAT SHE HAS ARTHRITIS AND HER KNEES POP OUT OF PLACE. I JUST FOUND YOU I BELIEVE THE BEGINNING OF THIS YEAR DO YOU HAVE AN EMAIL WHERE I CAN SEND YOU PICTURES OF THE BUMP ON HER BACK ? THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR TAKING TIME TO READ THIS. I UNDERSTAND THIS IS TIME YOU CANNOT GET BACK AND YOU HAVE OTHER PATIENTS TO HELP. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR FUR BABIES 🙏👼💙

During Christmas I went away and had my cat at his sitters house for the first time. I noticed a firm bump under the skin. He didn’t seem to be bothered at all, and it ended up going away. He has bad allergies so when I researched it said it could be a allergic reaction. He also has feline herpes that flares up in cold weather. Well, I had to take him to the vet and we came back and he’s got a cold, hot tongue, clouded eyes, a little sleepier… and I noticed just now another flatter bump under the skin about 3 inches lower than the first one closer to the middle of his shoulder blades. I’ve spent so much at the vet on this boy, and I also don’t want him to develop another cold by taking him back unless it’s absolutely necessary. Do you have any idea what it could be? He isn’t bothered by it at all. It is firm and under the skin, and flat but wider than the last one. I’m hoping it goes away but idk how to stop these from developing on him.

Thank you so much for this video and for blessing all of us with your knowledge, it is sincerely appreciated. 💖 My dog has something going on with his inner thigh, it’s not causing him pain and it’s beneath the skin, like a big, squishy lump. If anyone has any suggestions as to what this could be, I appreciate the help. 😊

Kelly, I just found something exactly what you described on the inner thigh of my Mastiff. What did it turn out to be in your case? Is your dog alright? I'm really scared and anxious. I hope you're okay and your dog is totally alright. What was the lump in your dog's case?

While I was so happy I watched your video about remedies for itching skin, this one gave me a huge headache now, more so because I did see a vet. A year before that, Bessie had some x-rays done and I was assured by the vet, there is nothing showing up on the scan and that there is nothing wrong... the reason I asked for the x-rays was that Bessie occasionally, every once a year, or twice or three times a year would wake up suddenly screaming, crying, trying to hide in the darkest corner, dragging herself because she could not even move her rear legs... as if they were paralized! The first time and every other time was absolutely terrifying. She would not let me touch her, no hugs to calm her down, each time I tried to touch her belly or anywhere, she would scream even louder. All this would happen no longer than 10-15 minutes, but it lasted more than eternity... as sudden as it started, as sudden it would end... usually I was trying to somehow hug her, rub her belly, or even just hold her so she would not feel scared and alone... but nothing... and then when I felt so hopeless and started crying, she would snap out of whatever pain she was suffering from and it would be her giving me kisses and consoling me and bringing me her favourite toys... and she would be jumpy, happy, as if nothing happened. My first visit to the vet after that pain attack, I have heard from the vet, to wait for the next attack and make sure to record it on the phone and bring it to the vet so he could determine goodness knows what. Almost half a thousand bucks spent on that visit, only to hear that I need to record a video of my baby suffering. I decided to look for another vet. Six years later and at least one attack a year, if not more, different vet visits, I still havent learnt anything on what is wrong. Finally two years ago, another vet as all the others, asked me to record it, and I lost it. Well, at least she had been x-rayed for free... I was told and shown that there is nothing abnormal on the x-rays. That according to those, there is nothing wrong with my girl. After those x=rays, sometime during the year, I have cut Bessie s long hair and immediately I have felt a bump or lump on her rear end left side. I could feel it straight away. Small and hard. Not to be over paranoid with the next visit to the vet, I have asked a few friends to run their hands over Bessie s back and tell me and they feel anything .... nope, nothing ... when I finally showed them what I was thinking about, I usually heard that oh yes... there is something there, but so small and that it is probably some fatty lump, nothing to worry about. Then Ive been hearing stories of lumps of probablly all the dogs in the neightbourhood... I finally made it to the vet back again, exactly a year after the x-ray.... some other vet, checked Bessie up, found the lump but immediately told me there is nothing to worry about because this is part of a leg muscles and was trying to tell me and show me that exactly the same è muscle è she has on the other rear side... well, I didnt feel it, but not to prolong it any further I just gave up and decided that maybe I am really too paranoid. Now, over a year and a half later, and I still check this lump every single day. I can even see it without touching, although I dont think it changed its size. Now, thanks to this video I had a chance to determine what kind it is, and I really wish it were a mass of soft fat under skin that I could move a bit, but nope. It is not soft, it is not moving and it is set firmly under the skin and it is as hard as a rock. No changes in Bessie s attitude. She is still the same happy-go-lucky girl who is close to turning 7 years old. Now I keep wondering, if it is possible that those sudden painful attacks she has every now and then, while she seems to not being able to move her rear legs and tries to drag herself to hide under the chair or anywhere else was not somehow triggered by the growing lumpÉ ... but those are just my ifs.. What should I do nowÉ I will not go back to the same vet with the same lump on Bessieès back... if I find another vet, I donèt even know how to stay calm while trying to ask about the lump, because if I hear from another person that this is not a lump but just a muscle, identical to the one on the other side of her, (that I dont feel it) I may lose it. What am I supposed to doÉ If I had enough money that wouldnt be a problem and I wouldve been going from vet to vet, until I found someone who would seem serious enough to take time to actually seriously check my girl or at least give me some answers that would sound legitimate, because recording videos for the vet, or a vet trying to convince me that the exact so called muscle is located on the other side, on her rear end, while I do NOT feel it, is not an option. What am I supposed to doÉ Any adviceÉ I have to admit, this video gave me a serious headache, but at least thanks to you, dr. I finally learned the difference between lumps and for that THANK YOU!

I had a sebaceous cyst removed as it was causing problems. Thanks for all your helpful videos. I had to use the Heimlich to save my Service dog after she started seriously choking on the last bit of her lamb ribs. I let her re eat it after clearing . I had to invert her though but all good : ) Back to holding her raw meaty bone meals...sigh : )

Thank you! An extremely helpful video and easy to follow. I find when speaking with some vets they throw a whole lot of information at you using their medical jargon which most of us wouldn't know. It can be overwhelming. You're already anxious enough so just get to the point . Tell me the diagnosis and explain the treatments.

I recently had a scare with my yorkie (8years old). I notice over night a big lump (marble sized) on just one side of her lymphnode (neck). She was more tired than usual and I began to worry a lot! I've lost her mom to breast cancer so I kinda panicked. One vet wanted to cut it out, he thought it was a tumor. I went to another vet where she got a full check up. They couldn't tell me what the lump was and we were supposed to get a biopsy. When her bloodwork came back it turned out she had a UTI and they put her on meds. Just after a day the lump shrinked down and it went away completely in under a week! They were all very surprised and wasn't expecting that at all. She might have had an infection on that side that could be from teeth removal. I'm just so happy it worked itself out. It caused a lot of worries

I've got my dog booked in to check a lump on his back and based on this its most likely a lipoma or cyst
This put my mind at ease thank you the only thing that concerns me is its a bit red but other than that there's nothing really concerning

Thank you for the great video Doc. My dog has what I would call a dime-sized (maybe slightly smaller) moveable (not attached to the body), under the skin, soft "bubble-like" bump on his side torso. When I touch it, I can move it with my fingers, causes him no pain. It's been there for about 6 months (probably much longer), hasn't grown, or if it has, so slightly that I can barely notice. Every time I check it I have to search for it a bit and feel to know where it is. Almost feels like a water bubble under his skin, though a bit more firm than water, but definitely not hard or anything. But definitely not attached to his body, it's only under the skin almost like a big soft pimple. Would that description fit with lipoma generally? thank you . . .

Thanks for your videos and sharing your knowledge! My dog had a pimple like small round fluid filled dot on his head under the fun the groomer said it was a mole.
