He may be trendy but if he wants to win he needs to run hurry up no huddle offense and stop slowing the fastest team in the league ldown with his umm umm play calling. Let Tua call it
This. I think McDaniel has had a tendency to overthink play calling on things like 3rd and short. But he's also shown improvements between each off-season so I'm hopeful he makes the right adjustments.
True! But it doesn't make Mike McDaniels a god. When he can beat teams with winning records then we can talk. And don't go blaming Tua, Tua doesn't make the calls. Even the mighty McDaniels screws up on the offensive play calls.
@@rydermcconville Totally agree! Your clips overwhelmingly exemplify that but Tua is taking flack that belongs to McDaniels. In my opinion the coaches are always responsible for a teams wins and losses.
@@breeze787 100%! I still have not gotten over Coach McDaniel struggling to get in the play faster in that playoff game vs the Bills, which, ate up too much time. Also, for not using Skylar Thompson's skill set, in running. We were all told how that is one of these biggest strengths, and we rarely saw it.
"Crack Toss" ~ Ryder McConville. Return to Crack Toss Street. I guess I haven't really paid attention, to how much Coach McDaniel system, is unique or, is sort of on its own? Miami's offense gets that label, that it's too finesse. Yet, when they run, it's powerful. I guess I would expect more running smash mouth plays. It's not sexy, but it's effective.
Now if McDaniel could only take away his and Tuas beer goggles for Tyreek and spread the ball around more. There is zero reason with this offense that our 3rd WR and TE shouldn't have over 800 yards each
Great video ! McDaniel definitely cookin up some nice plays. Go Fins!
One of my favorite videos yet. It really highlights the blocking of the tight ends And down field blocking
I like the whole team unit breakdowns the best. Can't wait to see this year's D.

Play design isn’t McDaniel’s weakness. It’s play calling that’s suspect. Hopefully it’s corrected this season.

Absolutely yes! McDaniels play design is un$%^& believeable. His play calling is good when its good and when its bad its Tua's fault.
That step is called a “jab-step” btw
Nice analysis. We don’t need McD to innovate. We need him to stop passing the ball every single time we have third and inches
You know coach micro dozes LSD when in the lab

He's not perfect but when it comes to designing plays there aren't many better.

It don’t matter how much you copy this playbook if you don’t have the personal then it’s a nothing burger
