What Saint Germain (who was historically a real person) said was true. The symbol on their arm is the alchemical symbol for sulfur, or brimstone, and became used to denote hell. It was called the Leviathan Cross but became known as Satan’s Cross later.
This should let you know the differences in skill between average warriors and the big three. Chō was formidable in her area but she was taken out like an afterthought cause Sypha had other more important shi to do that day 😂😂
Seeing what an oppressive monster Cho was really puts into perspective the bloodbath in Castlevania's entrance hall near the end of S2. I bet every one of the unique vampires in that battle were elders with (un)lives like Cho, and all their stories came to violent end in that fight.
Also how busted the trio (and Dracula) actually are. Those noble vampires where the strongest of the region they came from and all got demolished by them quite fast.
The Samurai fighting Cho was about to commit Seppuku - not only did he realize the fight was lost but there's a certain amount of dignity and honour attached to the act of Seppuku. Cho preventing him from doing it was WILDLY disrespectful.
Interestingly enough, Lucifer actually does mean Light Bringer. According to christian mythology, before lucifer became the devil he has the angel responsible for praising god. He was also called the morning star. Thats not my bag, but learning about the mythology can be interesting.
The name "Lucifer" has its origins in Latin, where it means "light-bringer" or "morning star." The term is derived from the Latin word "lucifer," which combines "lux" (light) and "ferre" (to bring or carry). In various religious and mythological contexts, Lucifer is often associated with the fallen angel who was cast out of heaven. In Christian tradition, this figure is commonly linked to pride and rebellion against God. The name has thus garnered negative connotations over time, often being associated with evil or the devil
Saint Germain was an adventurer and alchemist whose real name is still unknown who was in the 18th century but claimed to be fae older and rumored to be a sorcerer
If i remember right, the 2 with alucard are not related. I remember first watching leanor with hector and thought i might fold easy, she is something else to say the least lol.
I feel so bad for Alucard. After everything he suffered through. Losing his mother. Fighting his own father. Trying to honor his mother's legacy of spreading true scientific knowledge. And all the ||******** he suffers.||
This "empire" they speak of is literally just the Kingdom of Hungary and Wallachia of that time period. That kingdom or empire would NOT have a good time. I mean, Hungary was already screwed by the Ottomans in the coming few decades, imagine that without Western support and slowly having to face off against the first European colonial empires. We do see a map of the region somewhere in the show (I think) but that is an embarassingly bad map. Made it looks like Poland colonized the baltic and replaced the Baltic sea with some beautiful mountains. Poland generally put mountains everywhere where there aren't actually mountains. It reduced Bavaria to a single city. Ignored the fact that Vienna was a thing. Gave Austria and Hungary their modern borders, ignored the fact that Austria and Styria are not the same thing. Had Bosnia migrate further north. Cast off Slovakia to the shadow realm. Wallachia doesn't even exist, turning it into a part of Moldovia. Turning it into... modern Romania? Serbia just took Croatia (it did a classic Yugoslav move). Turned Styria into a city ig (it's a region). Teleported Belgrade up about a hundred kilometers. Turned Lithuania into a kingdom, something it never was, except for a short period of time about 2 centuries earlier and Ignored the Danubes existance. Even with that map I don't see them winning, especially because they're going up against Poland and apparently they can turn oceans into mountains!
What!? Best episode so far? Worst episode so far but still great. The first half was for sure lackluster, especially when you know what's to come. People complain a lot about Alucard's part this season but I don't mind it, it would be a bit too much if they did something more. It does serve a purpose for the story.
'She's got lesbian hands'
Lol facts XD
BIG FACTS lmaooo
Isaac getting disappointed in humans over and over again will never not be funny to me
It's a cruel cruel world lol
Morana and Striga are couple goals... ignoring the mass murder part.
Or maybe enjoying it
Lol definitely minus the mass murder part 🤣
9:45 yeah, Lucifer does mean Bringer of Light
yup
Lux = Light, Ferre = to carry
And to be fair to Lenore, Hector was starving before she came to visit him. You gotta work yourself back up to regular food intake or you'll get sick.

Lenore, top 3 best characters in vampire lore in my humble opinion.
