just a tip.. try partially freezing the raw meat before putting through the grinder. Also try putting another pan on the first one when putting in the fridge it will help consolidate it. how does it taste?
Thanks for the tip! I've never ground meat before so all of this is a learning experience. They both taste good. But I like the texture of the baked loaf more than the gelatin one
