If you really listen to the dialogue, especially from Palladino, you quickly come to the conclusion that Rell is not a spooky scary ghost. He is an autistic child.

Literally just finished the mission in the dark... only thing that I held onto was coming back to watch you go through it yourself😂. I was not disappointed.
Re-watching this now it blows my mind that this was years ago and is relating back to the man in the wall... Planting the seeds for the upcoming Warframe 1999 update and the Dueveri Paradox voice from the Void way back then.
To see Rell holding "him", hiding him from us. Such amount of power. Rell was truly a child that understood the void in a way that not even not even entrati himself ever could.
Rell is Autistic, and when the void jump happened, he was essentially abandoned as they feared he would turn mad like their parents. When the Tenno became a thing, he was denied for his differences. He is also the only one at this point in time that is active that knows of The Man in the Wall, a character that seems like a Metaphor until soon after The Chains questline.
Also for the people who might suffer from the same energy struggles in that final fight: You can hold ctrl and enter that void mode without it taking energy (didnt have that armpiece equipped that mactics levels during this fight so cant guarantee it wasnt cuz of that). It regens all your energy and no enemy can harm you
Rell is such a goat for holding off the entity for so long after the tenno threw him outside the doors of the zariman to fend off the crazed adults by himself helping the galaxy while your fellow tenno were sleeping is pretty admirable in general the quest makes me sad because rell has always had the short end of the stick but I hope red veil was able to help him and make him not feel lonely for once rest easy rell you deserve it

Such an inspiring and heartwarming message.
As a person who has alot ALOT of symptoms of ASD and also an RBT as an occupation...the intirity of rell's "emotions game" and him saying "why cant they fix me?- ..because im not broken..." "touch is to loud- he...help me!" It just made me cry...idk why it just makes me so upset
A few videos ago when he got spooked by the stalker I said "wait until he gets to chains of harrow"... Bro I've been waiting for this video for ages 😂😂
"He's in the wall..... *HE'S IN THE GODDAMN WALL!!!* " - Tenno
11:26 HIM
"run! you can only run!"
Mactics: "say less"
Oh, The Man in The Wall, aka The Indifference. You’ll find out more about him later.
cant wait to see you play the sacrifice quest, really good
can t wait to see him plays whisper and jade shadow
As Harrow main, thank you for uncovering his stories. Trivia, he is one of the first person who encounter Man Behind the Wall, and hes just a really small child. Yes hes retarded, but his will upon justice hover beyond time and space. Sacrificed himself until he breaks. His gift of harrow frees him. Thank you.
Bro you really called him retarded?
Never seen anyone freak out like this on chains of harrow quest but its kinda hilarious. Good that you kept your head on a swivel! I forget this game has some decent jump scares.
its amazing what shutting the lights off and adding spooky music to a tile set can do
Regardless of the omnidirectional whispering, was a really well made mission. Love what youre doin mac, keep it up brotha
Palladino: "You cannot kill this Tenno. Run, you can only RUN!"
Gauss: "Ok"
Gauss: "Say Less" enters the ship faster than Ordis can calculate
I've been playing this game for almost 5 years and your reaction to this quest was the most hilarious i have ever seen from anyone. Every Halloween night I turn off the lights and replay the quest.
Literally just finished the mission in the dark... only thing that I held onto was coming back to watch you go through it yourself😂.
I was not disappointed.
Nooooo it stopped before he gets jump scared 😭
Re-watching this now it blows my mind that this was years ago and is relating back to the man in the wall... Planting the seeds for the upcoming Warframe 1999 update and the Dueveri Paradox voice from the Void way back then.
To see Rell holding "him", hiding him from us. Such amount of power. Rell was truly a child that understood the void in a way that not even not even entrati himself ever could.
Rewatching this quest now that I'm up to date on the story is crazy. So much of this is relevant to the current story thread.
idk if anyone have told you but, the frames that you got as a gift can be sold in your inventory/equipment
7:58 he definitely pissed himself there
Palladino: "Run! you can only RUN!"
Gauss: "...I mean yeah kinda"
Also for the people who might suffer from the same energy struggles in that final fight: You can hold ctrl and enter that void mode without it taking energy (didnt have that armpiece equipped that mactics levels during this fight so cant guarantee it wasnt cuz of that). It regens all your energy and no enemy can harm you
Good job on pushing through!
Also, I really liked the "sunny field of flowers" bit! xD
I'm really enjoying these lore/story missions videos. Warframe's lore is so amazing and underated
Its amazing rewatching this and hearing terms like "The Indifference" and this early.
It’s always great to see someone having a great time playing warframe even on the scary parts lol can’t wait to see more videos
It’s time he’s finally gonna get the biggest lore bomb in existence soon :)
Finallllly! Been waiting for this quest since you woke up Tenno!
Him playing as speeding Guass makes this funnier for some reason.
Such a stronk frame u got nothing to worry about ;D
Rell is such a goat for holding off the entity for so long after the tenno threw him outside the doors of the zariman to fend off the crazed adults by himself helping the galaxy while your fellow tenno were sleeping is pretty admirable in general the quest makes me sad because rell has always had the short end of the stick but I hope red veil was able to help him and make him not feel lonely for once rest easy rell you deserve it
This entire video is that scene from SpongeBob when SpongeBob and and Patrick go on that baby rollercoaster and get really scared from it
Mactics the tenno: slayer of a hundred legions, defender of the poor and meek
Also mactics the tenno: "I dont deal with ghosts"
The fanatic at 3:12 says "Today you roast" if anyone's interested. It's also funny how rewatching this quest, you come to learn that Palladino drops major New War spoilers into the nature of the Lotus and who she truly is at 7:13.
The fact that there weren't any jumpscares in this quest and yet, hands were covering my eyes shows just how tense Chains of Harrow was. DE wrote Chains of Harrow so well!
"Hey Kiddo."
Man, he didn’t get the “hey kiddo!” at the end of the quest in his orbiter?
The turn the lights off in beginning, got me laughing soo good cuz I know I wouldn’t ever do it😂
I was much younger when I did this quest, I was even MORE spooked than Mac was, glad the horror persists!
Literally one of the top 5 quests in the game and this guy is like, "NONONONO."
now try play this quest at 3 in the morning with you back to a void not knowing what is lurking behind you then you know true fear in this game
Knock Knock... Huh, whobcould be knocking all the way out here. Operator, i dont think that you should answer that
I want the Rap Tap Tap audio to always play in the orbiter, i love spooky vibes
Rap. Tap. Tap. Rap. Tap.
*Tap.*
Genuinely my favorite story quest so far. Haven’t done new war yet though. We’ll see how that goes.
Played this quest when it was released. Harrow has been my favorite frame ever since.
At 3.01 I nearly spat my coffee out. So funny. I love your reaction
