If Vin Diesel and Georges St. Pierre had a child.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I am not impressed with your Performance
Right!?
Shameless lol
Vin Diesel couldn't touch this dude
He implies, even in bed. Never Chase Failure. Chase Performance.
The sense of tranquility in that gym is amazing.
I just started getting into this leaving the gym while I still have something left in the tank and coming back every day, I feel fantastic
Great advice. Jever chase fatigue, don't let your workouts wear you out. This is someone who's in tune with his mind and body and knows when to call it quits. Seek performance and consistent poundages on the bar.
I started doing this 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 in my own training with squats, deadlifts, overhead press, and benching, on their respective days. My strength has improved, Ive gotten a little bigger and thicker. Highly recommend. Soon I am going to post on my channel exactly how I run my splits and incorporate this training program.
This guy is amazing!!best coach ever ,really!!
he's doing just enough to stimulate the nervous system, not fatigue it so he can train the same movements everyday to increase strength and hypertrophy without over training
steroids allow you to do this, yes
@@otallono
The whole point of this is to not trash yourself so your body can recover. The whole point is to do this without roids because roids extends your muscle building opportunity beyond the stimulation from a workout. Natty's only get that stimulation from workouts, so you train more frequently but you don't kill yourself.
I think it makes sense, construction workers and anyone that needs to lift a lot of weight everyday gets stronger, they don't trash their bodies everyday, they just use them. If anything this should make the most sense of any workout scheme in the world.
This is similar to why runners run everyday,
If they are training for a marathon, 26.2 miles, they dont go run 26.2 miles everyday. They run 8, 9, 10, 15 miles 5-6 times a week. They chip at it and over the course of a week runners can accumulate 40, 60, 70, 100 miles a week. How much sense would it make if a runner ran 40, 50, 60 miles in a single day? If you need to train for 26.2 then surely by running 40 miles in a single day, youve burnt yourself out.
By that logic, if you are destroying chest and shoulders and can only get in 2 days a week, perhaps you are doing too much and its taking you too long to recover. Perhaps by doing less per day, you can accumulate more per week.
I Was Lost For Years In My Chasing Fatigue Workouts , Yes I Built Perfect Amount Of Mass But Lost Lots Of Mental Health And Motivation . I Heard About This Program 2 Years Ago But I Was Doing 5x5 Routine Which Is Fairly Good But I Stopped Progressing Not Like I Expected And Switched To Other Routines I Create . This Period Of Time I Felt Like I Don't Need No More Challenges In Life Because I'm So Fatigued And Tired . I Switched Now To Built For Bad This Month And I'm Going To Tell You First Time To Be This Powerful And I PR Every Monday . Thank You mr.Christian .
This guy really knows his shit!!!! refreshing on youtube.
Very useful, nice balanced program.
Thank you
Always enjoy the deep and precise pointers provided by you mister, you know your technqiue and the science behind the movements well.
Dam bro you got huge, and are an inspiration. I am on your t-nation original workout plan now as I used this three years ago and from not working out in years within six months I went to Hawaii and had people asking me if I was a pro lifter. I do have that natural muscular body type but I have had your programs work faster then anything I have seen before. Anytime you want to use me as an experiment I will fly out! Tree Reps!
Not just big, but dense looking too. Impressive physique for sure!
***** The density is probably from the low rep heavy stuff he does. And maybe from roids haha dunno
loads of drugs believe me he would look nothing like this without years of performance drugs
Learn so much on so many levels
Love that thicker bar!
I really like the point. not destroy the CNS for one section of workout but more frequent.
Ah I love the hover head press👌
I tried this system for about 6 months. Great imrpovement in strength and size. Then covid hit. Im going to start this system up again.
a lot of good information.
great article
Never Chase Fatigue, Chase Performance
nails it!.
Love it!
I see. Interesting. Thanks!
Cool little video!
Okay, don't fry the nervous system. No failure. Thank you so much.
This guy is gold information
Brilliant
Yes sir!!!
want to activate.. no to fatigue the nervous sistem. BIG UP 4 chris.
Ok...that is something to think about.
I have found, at 51 years old, that I am better off taking a rest day, in between Good Workouts.
I'm not competing against anyone, I want to stay strong, mobile...I always want to FEEL a little soreness. It tells me that my body is repairing Something I've DONE TO IT, and hopefully improving.
He's alot bigger (and less gay) than Vin Diesel.
more roided up as well.
Alex R Don't say this brother
@@sooparticular he only took steroids few times , he is a very knowledgeable coach
@@bevictorious3776 whatever helps you sleep at night. The fact that you'll never look like this naturally should tell you something. And no one said he wasn't knowledgeable, the most knowledgeable people in the business have used steroids. Using peds alone requires a lot of knowledge to do it the right way and won't make anyone look like him without it and the hard work. Using roids is not an insult, at some point, you need them to go further.
@@otallono I'm skeptical. He knows what type of training to do on steroids, and this type of training isn't necessary. It's possible that he got huge on roids and no longer uses them. He does have a decent amount of body fat, and might not be very tall idk. Maybe he just looks bigger on screen than he actually is, I mean I thought Jeff Nippard was on roids until I realized how tiny that guy is lol
I watch this every morning while I brush my teeth.
he's doing a 5,4,3,2,1 rep scheme in a circuit with the trap bar, overhead, lat pulldown, and curl. he says in the video to go light and gradually ramp up the weight but not to much that he can't do the same exercises everyday. if he feels like he didn't do enough he'll do a couple more single reps. but he prefers to stop early so he can do more later then go too heavy and not be able to preform everyday
Fortitude Athletics pthxnfor the explains, was looking for your comment...
this guy body is my ultimate goal...not freaky big but jacked and can make other people around scared
Why doesn't this guy have more views?!?
What do you think about Dorian Yates HIT trainning? I would love to read your thoughts on this trainning method compared to Christian's method.... excellent videos btw
high frequency strength. doing 2 or more upper and lower body exercise every workout, just enough to activate you but not fatigue so you can train the same movement patterns multiple times a week without burning out
" Stimulate, don't annihilate !..."
Cant wait to get my home home gym up and running that way I can lift without having to listen to shitty music like at my local gym. I just wanna hear myself sometimes.
J Rene ....Amen.
That OHP bar is huge
I believe it's an Axel.
So if this isn't a program that fatigues, then can I fit in another workout in the day, or will it just burn me out for the coming days? Yes, I definitely want to be strong, but also want to stimulate some muscle growth. Do maybe a low to moderate load on the second workout? idk. . . .
vin diesel stunt double
I would do more research on them. Just to find out if they are safe over a long period of time.
where can I find specifics this training style?
Love how 100+kg fat bar military press is "easy" to Thibs. Beast mode.
@khanriza I think his last rep was with around 243 (1 blue = 20 kg, 2 greens = 20 kg, 1 white = 5 kg). But I think he said his best OH 1RM right now is 315.
What's the deal with partial lat pull down?
Vin Diesel is looking jacked! ;-)
He's like a mix between GSP and Vin Diesel
his workouts done in a circuit? or in a sequence??
Anyone got link to that program?
@Riddikc 5 sets with the rep scheme being 5,4,3,2,1 but increasing weight with each set.
How come the barbell on the OHpress was so thick?
Thibs for president. Straight-up beast!
So do you do this every day?
whats a finna bar? is that like made of finnaplix?
French accent and buffed version of Vin Diesel 😎💪🇫🇷
I've never seen a barbell that big in my life XD
just a fat bar..can help with shoulder pain or improving grip strength
@ashylarryku Wonder what he could do with a regular barbell? What a badass for training with an axle.
I gotcha, but is he doing just sets of like 10-12 reps or 2 rep maximums? (Kinda confused about what he was getting at in the video about the damn nervous system stuff.)
I'm confused about what he is saying at the end, is he doing the same regiment everyday of the week or is he doing a mix up for the stimulus?
i love this guy! vin deisel's stronger cousin..
Can someone explain me about this workout? What to do daily?effects?? negative effects? Routine? Is it that good??? ...I do 8-12 reps of 4 sets per body 1-2 times a week...n
YE OU LE GYMMMMMMMM
but what about rests??
Christian thibaudeau is awesome
I love you
let me answer your question buddy, thick bar is better for your arms, forearms and grip strength
what so same muscle groups every day?
Oh shit... I thought this was vin diesel fucking with us 🤣🤣🤣
did he just military press 315?
so in 6 years 14 guys from bodybuilding . com stopped by :)
No I am saying like musclepharm assault and Jack 3d
@deadheadbiker Ha never thought of that
hollly shiiit, i thought he is vin diesel at the first
It is my understanding that he is now, as of this post, up to 275 pounds.
vin diesel getting ready for fast 6
the ten what bars? haha love this guy but cant understand him sometimes
@churde NOOOOO ARTARD! Thats Christian Thibaudeau. He makes luimarco look like he's in kindergarden. And thats a French-Canadian accent btw :)
So this is what Bane looked like before putting on the mask.
isnt him saying to always stay "fresh" or not over do it, the same concept as Pavel,??
Inb4 crossfit
french dom teretto
eggcersises? are you lui marco?
NERVOUS SYSTEM WISDOM.
Does this apply for hypertrophy too?
No
Can anyone tell me why the bar is so thick? Never seen that before.
sisk22 its a strongman style axle bar.
The reason of having ten more pounds in his face is restless sleep which was caused by finibars from tnation as I understand :D
how old is he?
finibars
He kind of looks like the heavy from Team Fortress 2.
Vin Diesel
wow, you Thibs train with no shoes :S
amazing!
Where is this guy from. His voice sounds different .
He's from Québec and has a French Canadian accent
The ten whatbars? That made him gain ten pounds in his face?
high frequency lol
Those shoulders...
where's the article for this? I can't find it. what's it called? I would like to.do this with snatch deads and push press..just want to make.sure that's ok.
Its called
"Eye Phrequencee Strwength"
Hahshaha I found it. It is a surprisingly fun program and has been working so far.
@@kindredessex3827 link or whats it called?
