Satsuki was determined to give it her into all and put it into an attack at 1:11, only to not do that when Mako showed up. And yet Gamagori and Sanageyama were being dicks towards Ryuko when she decided to test Satsuki's strength by delivering a powerful, possibly fatal, punch to her in episode (I forget which one but it's when Ryuko is sane again).
