    The length of the string on a limb-driven rest makes my agent orange act up. No thank you on the rest, but a big thank you for doing these videos. Additionally, having an archer as talented as MFJJ saying that the Epsilon is the best rest ever is a great compliment to the engineers that designed it. Have a safe winter.

      Richard if you read up on this particular rest, it can be set up as cable driven. I am like you and don’t like the long string hanging around

    I gotta be honest with you Dan, when I first started watching your videos I thought you were an asshole. But in spite of my gut reaction, I kept watching because the information was good. As time has gone on I have realized I was dead wrong about you and for that I apologize. What I initially took as arrogance was very soon realized to be an absolute passion for what you do. You take what you do seriously, and you hold other people to that same standard. The world could do with a little more of that. Keep it up.

    I’ve heard people say that with the “past parallel” cams, the Hamskea limb attach bracket messed up the rest and timing and those same people said that Hamskea actually recommended the rest cord be attached in front of the axel closer to the deepest part of the limbs…. What’s Josh’s take on that and has he seen timing issues or any damages to a rest from said mounting location.

      Hey NS! Yarmouth boy here although have lived out west in AB my whole adult life. Currently shooting a Hoyt RX3, sold my number 2 bow, a Mathews VXR and waiting for the 2022 PSE’s to come out as I am looking at adding an EVL to my lineup. If NS opens the damn border up this year, I might make a run for it on my bike. All the best in your archery and hunting endeavours.

      @@mmcguire5687 I have been trying to get out the AB for the last 3 yrs to go on an archery Elk hunt. Damn COVID is killing me here. I have been shooting PSE for 30+ yrs now. Currently have an Xpedite NXT and absolutely love this beast. 450gr arrows are screaming at 315fps. Good luck on the upcoming season.

      @@novascotiapsearcher4497 I’m currently shooting an older Hoyt RX3 Ultra and I love that bow. I have over 7K arrows through it. I had a Mathews VXR 31 which I also liked. It was a tack driver. However, those Mathews cams were killing my left shoulder. I was taken out in a motorcycle accident 12 years ago, and actually that’s why I started archery. Anyhow, my left shoulder has issues and I sold the Mathews. I have test shot the 32 and 34 PSE EVL and it is a decently smooth bow plus I can opt for the 90 percent letoff if necessary. Of course PSE seems to be the last company to release their line up this year “and” then there will be the actual delivery date issues. We shall see how it plays out. Covid issues aside, I may make a run for NS on my bike this year. We shall see. What part of NS are you in?

    • @caninphx
      @caninphx 2 роки тому

      I've never seen anyone have issues with timing on a hamskea. Unless they tied it to the limb close to the riser. Believe the instructions say to have it at or around the axle (2" if the back of the limb I think it was).
      Only time I'vee seen timing issues is with cable driven rests or someone installed the limb driven rest without reading the instructions.

      @@caninphx there’s plenty of discussion on Archerytalk about the rest not working properly on the V3 when tied to the Hamskea Mathews Limb bracket. A hamskea tech actually stated it was an issue due to the shape of the limbs on the V3. He said to tie it to the limb further from the end.

Do you know if you can buy the launcher blade they didn't have the epsilon in Australia so I went with the primer to drop weight. First time I heard shimmy shimmy coco pop was on the movie Big.
