Thank you for taking the time out of your day to make and show us these videos. Sometimes i craft along with you and my projects always come out nice with u. luv & peace, 💜
Both these projects look like fun! A lot of times I watch your videos 3 times. The first time just to watch, the second to write my list of products I'll need and the third to craft along. Your videos are always fun, no matter how often I watch!
Hubbies of your subbies, you're a poet and you don't know it. LOL 😅 😂🤣 🤪🥴 Such yummy pockets and lovely tags! I really love this ephemera series!! You're such a great mentor! I'm so jealous of the meet & greet subbies! The lil' fold over ephemera books are sooooooo sweet. I think we'll just so great to have a piece of anything that you created!! Can't wait to see the pictures when you get back.🍂🐿️💛🍄🧡🐇🍁
You did a great job! I too can’t believe you’re getting snow as our temperatures are still going to the high 70’s - low 80’s. I’m really looking forward to some Fall weather where we can open the windows for air, but my husband thinks we’re going to go right into winter.... I wanted to also comment about the comment you were talking about in the beginning. I have to be honest that I was confused with why you didn’t edit and you’re not organized with your materials, but the more I watched you, the more I realized that that’s the charm of you! We’re watching you create in real life, rather than a laid out planned, which is probably more realistic to what people do. Now that I “get” you, I appreciate your videos a lot more! So thank you for answering all the “newbie” questions from those of us who found you recently. I’m sure you’ve realized that as we stick around, we’ll come to understand you better. And for those who don’t, it’s their loss!! 💜💜💜
Nails by Sharon H I live right outside of Houston, Tx, and unfortunately we are still not even close to cooler temps. It is 11:04 pm, and the temp is 79 F. The high is expected to be 91 today. A cool front is predicted this week dropping the temp into the 80’s, but by Thursday 91 again. So all you guys with snow flurries and sweater weather, you are envied.
jean massey My son is in Dallas and was so excited that it was in the 60’s this morning!! We had a nice string of a few days where we could open the doors and windows, but today is humid and up to 80. I really miss Fall weather!!!
Hi Gayle!! I'm from Calgary, Alberta here in Canada and it's been snowing non stop since Friday afternoon. We've probably got a good 6 inches of that white stuff!! Too early I say!! Love your ephemera pieces!! TFS!! Hugs, Liz:)
Oh my lord, I just started watching you and working through your ephemera playlist. You have so much stuff! Seems like you have everything! Its wonderful!
I can not tell you how much I’m enjoying this series! And I have to tell you that I’ve been trying to remember the eleventh commandment....”thou shall not covet thy neighbors meet-up”. 😜 Just kidding have a ball with all of these wonderful subbies. Hugs from awisconsin🌸
more Sunday fun with ephemera. Gayle, I could watch you all day long (well, I practically do). Here in Florida it is still in the 90"s and you are talking snow tires, two words I never want to hear again.
Love to watch your videos Gayle. So creative and easy to follow along. Also love all your small books with all your little stash stuff in the pockets. Would love to see a video of them all and how to create them. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. Stay safe and warm this winter season. Hugs 🤗
Gayle Agostinelli thanks I will do that. I just finished watching the one where you were organizing them by who the ephemera were from and by category tags, butterflies, flowers, birds, etc. love that idea. I see some folios in my future. 😂😂😂
I'm really loving this ephemera series. So many great ideas & I love that you put your Gayle twist on the example piece. It lets us see we can deviate from the original & Its ok. I made some altered paper clips last night & it was so much fun that I stayed up way past my bedtime. I made 4, 3 were successful 1 fail. I can live with that.
Love all the things you do. Wish it was going to snow, that is great stay at home weather and craft. It's still very hot here. In the 90's in Louisiana too. If you want to warm up come on to the south. We would love to have a greet and meet closer. Wish I could come to Denver. Hope ya'll have a wonderful time.
I thought I posted a comment, but can't find it. Anyhow, I guess I need to buy masking paper and flash cards. Lol! I like the ephemera here. Thank you for the video. Wish I could meet you at the Denver meet and greet. Enjoy, be safe!
That is a great idea and I am going to use those cards for my Mom's memorial service. I've been racking my brain for something to do. I have so many scraps. I hope you and your hubby got through the snow ok. Your State and snow made the Cleveland news. LOL.
Hi Gayle. I'm new to making Ephemera for my Junk Journals because I usually do my own more modern take on a JJ. You inspired me though to try a more Vintage one and I'm loving all the inking and lace and different trims etc, I've got a very small stash to pull things from at the moment but I'm still giving your projects a go. Just spent a month trying to find a reasonably priced sewing machine to buy because I had it in my head that I didn't want to 'spoil' the sewing machine I already had sewing paper. Then it suddenly struck me, that the sewing machine I already had was 25 years old and had only been used twice. So I sent my husband up into our loft to find it for me yesterday and by the afternoon I stitched my first tags. Though I have realised there is such a thing as a fear of Bobbins Lol, I blame my sewing teacher at School. Probably why I've only used the sewing machine twice in 25 years. At least the sewing machine still works and I shall continue following along with your Making Ephemera videos.
I so enjoy your videos. I watch and watch ! So fun! You add so much to this craft! Your contribution in this art inspires me and brings me joy. I am trying to get my world organized so that I can add to my experience by doing some of what I am watching.. ty.
I usually watch the video through the first time, taking notes. Then I figure out what I need and gather everything and then start crafting. I stop the video several times so I can follow along with you.
Hey hun!! I love these vids...I'm very new to making journals...and I'm still learning how to make all the different bits of ephemera etc. I have learnt so much from you, as well as the other channels you have spoken about, that I have followed as well. I really appreciate everything you do in these vids, and wanted to say Thank You for all the time you spend on them. You inspire me everyday. Anna xxx
LOVE this series, so many good ideas. LOVE watching how you do it your way so we don't feel like we have to do it exactly how the other person did it, makes me feel a little free to do it my way too, thanks for that!
hi Gayle, I found the Jen Bishop interview and you look sooooo cool. It is great to see a bit more than hands sometimes, may be a very short intro, don't be shy now!🇨🇦😌🙏🏽
On another note, hope you will fare well with all the snow they say you're getting. I'm sending sun from the sunshine State to help it melt, stay safe!
Gayle Omgoodness you make it look fantastic and easy, love your take on it. I’m actually embarrassed that my ephemera isn’t that good. It’s truly amazing how much ones style and skill changes over time. Yours is beautiful. Big hugs and thanks
Hi Gayle! I really enjoy watching you make all of these things!! I'll be going back to these videos when I start making them! (I'm just building the pages in my journal, now. Not ready to embellish!!
Good morning Gayle. Well I didn't do to bad in the chili cook off. I came in Third. It was alot of fun and all proceeds goes to Special Olympics. ❤ As always thanks for sharing. Hugs ❤

The lady pic you chose was perfect! The idea of the window envelope I need to try, not try DO! The pockets are so cool; the torn edges are decorative. Gayle, thank you so much for your videos!
I'm actually liking your interpretation of the ephemera more than the originals most of the time. As far as if you are making it harder, it doesnt really matter. You jump in and show us how you would do it and that gives us our own ideas of how to get started. I have been making some ephemera to take down my stach with no real theme other than to do it, so when I'm inspired to start doing my journals again I have some stuff to jazz things up.

Another good video! It’s still in the 90’s here! Stiflingly hot and humid. Stay safe! When I lived where it snowed (mostly ice to tell the truth) I was fortunate enough to be able to stay home if the weather got bad! It’s my solution! Lol
