IMPORTANT NOTES: -Connecting the lift to some "non-dynamic" block will break every wheel, thruster, balloon or switch; so be careful. -When leaving the world, make sure you are a few blocks away from the elevator to avoid any bugs. -Make you sure you have a glider to go down. if u want to build a reverse lift for aesthetical reasons (i've built one too) ; put balloons until it stays afloat at the very top. Also thrusters facing down with a switch.
Smoothest elevator ive built yet. But instead i but 6 small ballons at the top to slow down the fall, and got rid of the wheels at the bottom so it would sit at almost ground level.
@KnowthyCELLF01 this eventually broke for me after a while. But you just need to balance how much balloons and weight you have on it in order for it to fall down correctly.
I thought about that, but there are 2 things that discouraged me from doing it: It would go slower bcs more fraction, and to have a clear side for convenience. Since this is smooth enough I chose this over that. But yeah that works perfectly fine. (Also it should not flew off the track if u build it correctly.)
Can you please help me. I did everything exactly as you did, step by step, all my wheels and thrusters are intact, however the elevator will not budge. The thrusters light up, but it doesn’t move off the ground.
I built everything then go to hit the thruster and find out they r broken all 4 and 2 wheels. Now I can’t place anything under. Just wasted an hour going so high up :(
Im guessing you connected the dynamic platform to some other block. That breaks every wheel or thruster on the "dynamic" lift. But Im sure you dont need to break the whole tower. You can join my discord for a detailed help

Followed this tutorial step by step was so excited to try jumped on hit the switch and it won’t move 😢😢

When I built it with only three wheel sides it flew off the track 😭 I built a new one with a 4th track and it’s running smoothly now!

Try breaking some (if not all) of the small wheels and place them back. If this doesn't work, join discord I'll help you
Elevator would not move. Rebuilt it 3 times by the video with no luck. It’s like the bottom is stuck

Happened to me once. leave the world when you are away from the lift, should fix
also try supporting the wheel covers from the very bottom (by putting stone foundations next to them.) Not sure but this might be a solution too.

same thing happened to me i spent hours building so high and then i came down to find the lift busted
can i repair it without breaking down the posts that i built so high already? it just seems like a waste to start all over

My trusters keep breaking when i put a floor on it and that means the roof of the elevator to 😔🫤
its most likely because your floor is connecting to another block. Make sure its only touching the dynamic platform
