Girl you gotta chop your onions on a wet paper towel so you don’t tear up! The onion molecules bind to that moisture first instead of your eyes moisture. It’s the best tip!

Makes my mouth water, you did it on purpose! LOL! I used to use olive oil when frying until I found out that after the smoking point it turns to transfat. Since it depends on the oil what temperature the smoking point is, I just use it for baking and use Avocado oil or homemade ghee for frying. Great video thanks!
I have had a lot of chicken chili. I have made quite a few batches of chicken chili. What I have never experienced is a Chicken Chili this good. I followed your recipe to a T except I did kick the spices up a bit. My granddaughter goes right to the refrigerator for this chicken chili recipe as soon as she comes home from college. I took some to my wife that is in the hospital and she ate every bit of it and raved along the way. This is a KEEPER. Thank you very much.
I made a plant base version using 2 cans of shredded jackfruit (seasoned with the same seasonings) and a can of white hominy for a little more bulk… it was so delicious!!!

I buy chopped frozen onion, garlic and certain herbs. always fresh, ready to use and no chopping needed. It’s more expensive but it makes me home cook more.
I made this tonight and my family kept going back for seconds and thirds. The only 2 things I did differently were omitting the jalapeño and adding a tad bit of cream cheese along with the blended beans. Great recipe! Thank you for sharing.

Chopping onion tip - one thing that I've found that helps is chopping it under the oven hood with the vent on high to help get some of the fumes out of the air as you chop. Give it a try and see if it helps! Thanks for the recipe!

THIS IS AMAZING. IT IS SO FLAVORFUL !! I MADE IT LAST NIGHT AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. the only thing I had to do was substitute the white beans for regular rosarita beans because it was all I had but it still came out so good. I also used her shredded chicken recipe which is also stunning! I love your channel so much. Thank you for making delicious and healthy meals that are also easy to follow ❤️ you are truly an inspiration.
I’ve been cooking for over 50 years and have tried many different ways to cut onions without tears. Nothing worked well except for one thing. I point a small desk fan towards my cutting board and put it on high while I am dicing. Haven’t shed a tear cutting onions since I started doing this a few years ago. Do what works for you.

I always wash with soap and water. But I do a deep clean with the BOOS oil every once in awhile!
