I know Sean probably won't see this but i just have to say it anyway: I really love Sean Evans. He's so kind, genuine, witty, empathetic, hilarious, and REAL.
Honestly, I never imagined a show about spicy chicken wings could so positively affect my daily mood and ease my struggles with anxiety, but Sean's positive energy really does rub off and makes a real difference in how I feel. Since becoming a fan of Hot Ones I have been trying to live my life with Sean's level of kindness and realness, and I think everyone could take a lesson or two from this guy. Sean, thanks for being a part of my weekly UA-cam crawl, but moreover thank you for your positive influence on my life. you're the GOAT.

I have to say, my favorite Hot Ones moments are interviews with people I know nothing about, and finding out they're genuinely interesting people.
That's how I felt about John Mayer???? Even Shawn Mendes. Like two people I would throw away but when I watched their episodes I was like wow. Cool dudes! So many examples on this show tbh

That guy was an idiot. Many of the episodes are recorded well ahead of their air date so adjusting the guest line-up to that season's comments is all but impossible. And the season actual started on a long time fan request so clearly the comments are being listened to, just not in quite that timely a manner.

The Rock has one of the busiest schedules of anyone in the industry. Some other youtubers I watch wanted to get him for a small part in show they were making and one of them had to fly cross country with a small film set up just so they could film him for like 15 minutes.
