first heating oil and then frying spices in it is not indian traditional way of cooking that all these chefs and domestic cooking in india is done. indian food was traditionally boiled in water in mud utesils with spices and then ghee was poured over it after cooking. or pure oil after cooking. heating oil and ghee transforms its goodness to negative qualities. these chefs have little to no knowledge of food its cooking and make experiments just for taste. dham is a pure food that was never cooked with oil but always pure ghee was poured on its top.

Rajmah Madra is cooked differently in Chambyalli Dham ( Chamba)😮.. and is one of the best way to cook Madrah.

Sir Chini ya shakkar gujrati.log daalte hai sab khano.ma daal me sabzi me.....bengalis ka khana to.spicy hota hai.....
