Lol that's my old car. 1992 190e K815 TEA, you can thank me for the wheels and suspension even tho they really didn't look how I wanted to lol. I'm glad it's had the engine I wanted to put in it!

Good stuff dude....cool story about how the engine came to be too 😁...I didn't actually realize that your "Kompressor" engine came out of your red mercedes, I thought that was actually from the SLK as well
Thanks mate I appreciate that yes the red mercedes was a beast and when I unleashed the nitrous on the autobahn the Audi RS6 along side me was only just keeping up 😂😂😂
The seagull bro that bird just wanted to make you suffer 😂 thanks for the plug man appreciate that, but damn I wish I could find a 202 like that man, but I feel I need another 190 in my life 😉
I bought a SLK230k 6 speed manual, 50k miles to do this project. Realised I don't have space and time.... Sold the SLK and now got a 190e sat in my neighbours garden and I'm like maaaaaaaan I wish I could do this. The quotes I've had have all been £12,000+ to do swap, standalone ecu, and turbo and I couldn't justify that 😢 one day hopefully 😞
I have a CLK200 Kompressor (M111,945) and i'd like to buy a kompressor pulley like yours (and maybe a crankshaft pulley too if the a/f mix doesn't get too poor). May i ask where did you find them? Did you make a tune, or just plug in and play?
They supercharger pulley was shaved down and ported by cooneytune (in Essex) I'm not sure if they are still running but and good engineer will be able to do this for you. The over size crank pulley I bought from eBay. These are available from a few different companies just type it in onto Google. I had the 230 Kompressor tuned by Mertech in Hull (east Yorkshire) on a Dyno. I will be doing a full standalone conversion soon using a plug and play loom from gogarage.us 😁
@@iperfone2021 mechanically wise it can be done in a day if you have the parts ready. The wiring and plumbing is what takes the longest time to be honest. But if you are scared of wiring get a premade loom from gogarage and a custom ECU and it makes life a hell of a lot easier
hoping to do this swap soonish, currently in the process of sorting out all other sorts of stuff like suspension and bodywork, how do you run the fuel lines for the engine? cheers
I'm using the standard 190e fuel lines underneath the car with a 044 fuel pump. As for in the engine bay I have a aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and a custom fuel rail. This won't be needed unless you are intending on 500+bhp
Hello. I have a CLK 2.3k engine and I would like to put it in a W201 1.8 manual. Will the gearbox go from 1.8 to 2.3k? The Clk has an automatic gearbox, and the W201 has a manual 4b.What engine mounts you use?
The gearbox from the w201 will have the same bolt pattern so in theory yes it will fit but. I do believe you need to make some alterations to make it work. If you need engine mounts go to Instagram and search for 190tevolution Andy prescott and message him he can supply mounts.

@@BoostWorx take your time man, I'm just glad someone figured it out! I've seen a few of these builds that ran no air filter for the supercharger, which just doesn't work for longevity.
