Im frm Nagaland I've used both Rhinopro n Dr nano shocks with stock leaf springs n 2"shackles PU bushing,both are good in their own ways bt it depend on wt terrain u are going to drive..there is performance series, comfort series n so on..as been said it depends on road or terrain u r going to drive as fr me at present I've downgraded to monroe lifted gas shocks n frankly its nt dat bad at all😁n its budget friendly too mre thn enough n it suffice😊
Nice review Rohit. BFG KO2 is a good AT tire. It also comes with a 3 peak mountain snow flake so it can provide adequate traction in the snow. I also retrofitted the Rhino Pro FX suspension and bush kit in 2021 on my 2016 Gypsy King. It has really improved the ride quality of the vehicle. At the end of the day Gypsy is a body on frame platform and will never have the ride quality of a car but I'm okay with that. Gypsy is one of the last specimens from an era gone by when vehicles used to be super reliable and were not loaded with non sensical electronics. I'm glad I got mine brand new when these were available. Where are you based? I travel to India every year and would like to meet you next time.
Good to know. My parents live in Shimla. I don't get to drive the Gypsy that often. In last 7 years it has done 11,000 kms. I have driven the Wrangler and the Toyota Landcruiser Prado as well however Gypsy has its own charm. Looking forward to my next trip to India in December eagerly. Drive safe!
