AMATEUR Chef Tries To Make A GOURMET Meal: Chicken Katsu Curry

Sometimes I make videos about sports, but not today. Today it's cooking. I set out to make a chicken katsu curry. I learned some lessons along the way. But mostly impressed myself out there. Let me know your thoughts :)
