Love it! I love the idea of bullet journaling but I have never been good at committing to something. I'd like to see your tried and true baby supplies, kitchen gadgets, go-to recipes, and cleaning products.
That lapdesk is AMAZING and that is 100% going to be my birthday present to myself. My favorite part of bullet journaling is that I tend to be inconsistent with planners, and with bullet journals I don't waste any space if I miss a day (or a week ... or a month), I can just hop right back in on the next clean page. And adding everything as you go really works for me instead of flipping around through different sections; I like to track my moods and how that matched up with my journaling, productivity, devotions, etc, and having it all chronologically is great for that.
I personally love the name you have bestowed on this video series 😉 As far as what I would love to see you cover.... could you do anything budget related? Like your top tools for budgeting and how you do it? What you use for cash envelopes (if you still do those), supplies, apps, books, etc? Since I started watching you, I have been curious how you and Ryan make it work on one income.... well, one income plus your UA-cam earnings ☺️😉
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME!!! I've fallen down the rabbit hole! 😂 I've never been good at keeping a traditional calendar/organization book but I've always carried a fat note book to write lists and doodles and whatnot. I've never thought of organizing it this way. LOVE IT.

I started a version of bullet journaling in some cheap target books to see if I like it and I feel in love. I had two versions, a food one (meal planning and such) and a life one. When I finish the life one I have started (that houses everything) I'm going to get a "real" combined version! Thanks for all your hard work! I did a bullet journal last year and I'm doing it again this year, and I always notice a huge difference when I actually do it, and I love how I can add things that I'm trying to keep up with right into my daily routine and also how accomplished I feel when I can mark something as done (which I never got when I used regular planners). I'm still struggling with what to do next, since I want it to keep getting prettier but I also want to make sure it's functional and that I won't stop using it because it feels too daunting one day to always make it pretty or something (which was an issue for a month last year). But I always love seeing everyone else's and getting ideas! Also I'm super excited for this new series! ☕️

I use a Hobonichi Techo (which is actually a planner but it works as a journal I think) because it gives me the space I need to write everything down for each day. (I have a page per day, as well as a monthly spread and a weekly spread.) I also use it in combination with a small bullet journal for any extraneous notes. A really good set of pens I use when I'm planning is the "PaperMate Flair" range. They don't bleed even on thin paper and come in a range of colours. They're very similar to felt tips and I use them for accent decoration a lot. Loving the new form of video as well! ☕️

Yay it's finally up been looking forward to this since the snapchat videos yesterday. Thank you for filming this for us even when it was nightmare to film edit and upload.
It's STILL being a nightmare! It glitched all while making it, it rendered incorrectly the first time, the rando lighting changes came from my editing software and it would not let me undo them, it took 27 hours to upload and then had to be restarted and even now the thumbnail is a leeeetle blurry for some reason. grumblegrumblegrumble!
The bullet journal is singing my name but I'm so attached to my Erin Condren :-( I've kind of added some bullet journalesqe pages in the back note pages of my ECLP (year in pixels and the bookshelf/books to read I saw on Pinterest cause I couldn't help myself) next year I may end up just switching over completely I adore how creative you can be in the bullet journal 😍

I just bought a new insert for my Filofax this year! I would love to draw my own grids but just don't have time! I use my Filofax for university so have note sections at the back split into different modules for my lectures. I have a key of coloured dots which correspond to each module and and I use these for my calender and lecture sheets. The key is on a punched piece of card so I can move it week to week through my calender. For my calender I use staedtler colored too :) I make my own book marks by crocheting a line and tying of the end. I love washi tape as they make the pre done calender more personal. I love my Filofax and feel it's the only organised thing in my life! X

Word of warning about the erasable pens, the ink tends to fade/disappear when exposed to heat I believe. I've heard a couple of horror stories from my school and college mates about lost notes!
I love bujo!!! I am the same as you, couldn't find the perfect journal. I like all of them as they are so organized and I crave organization A LOT (I find it frees me and relaxes me as I like to have things neat, be on time etc.) - but they were too restrictive for me at the same time, because I have so many different things going on and I love that kind of lifestyle, I hate being bounded to the same routine every single day, so I had to have 3 or 4 of different topic journals... And of course couldn't handle it all. Plus sometimes I just need to doodle. Or I need more space. Or less. You get the point - bottom line is, I feel as if I've reached a new stage in life with bujo, I am more aware of my time and tasks (no-more ghosts in the closet), but also much more appreciative and grateful, more aware of things achieved and therefore more relaxed and proud with myself. Do cover this topic more, please, I would appreciate it.
Also, general hygiene is a good topic 😃 and your hair is lovely. If you brush it out more and hairspray the result, it will give you softer waves, but this look suits you. 💕
Just a tip for the frixon pen. If its really hot the ink will go away and when its cold everything you erased will show up again. It hapend to me me with my school notes in summer.

Hoping to start this soon! Good tips and products! Word to the wise- don't place hot things on your notebook when using those pens. Yup I filled out a lengthy form at work and placed my heated up lunch plate on the form and it disappeared!!
the erasable pens use temperature to make the words appear/disappear. If you put your erased pages in the fridge, the words will reappear. So words you erased and wrote on top may appear together after a few years. If you would like to keep the bullet journal/journal entries for a long time, I wouldn't suggest using this pen.
Going to treat myself to a new Bujo soon 'cause I really want dotted pages! But I cannot justify the cost of a good notebook this month. The Leuchtturm 1917 was one of my top choices and you definitely have me sold! Makes such a difference to have an actual person recommending it and see it for real :)
Marie! First of all thank you for sharing your Bullet Journal Tips with us. I just wanted to let you know that I too love the Pilot Frixon Erasable Pens, BUT that ink tends to fade overtime. I recently looked back at some university notes I took at the beginning of 2016 and almost all of the sentences written with the Frixon pen had disappeared. Not positive if this has happened to other people as well, but just wanted to give you the heads up that it can possibly happen. That being said, the pens' ability to erase is magical!

Word of warning about the erasable pens, the ink tends to fade/disappear when exposed to heat I believe. I've heard a couple of horror stories from my school and college mates about lost notes!
I love bujo!!! I am the same as you, couldn't find the perfect journal. I like all of them as they are so organized and I crave organization A LOT (I find it frees me and relaxes me as I like to have things neat, be on time etc.) - but they were too restrictive for me at the same time, because I have so many different things going on and I love that kind of lifestyle, I hate being bounded to the same routine every single day, so I had to have 3 or 4 of different topic journals... And of course couldn't handle it all. Plus sometimes I just need to doodle. Or I need more space. Or less. You get the point - bottom line is, I feel as if I've reached a new stage in life with bujo, I am more aware of my time and tasks (no-more ghosts in the closet), but also much more appreciative and grateful, more aware of things achieved and therefore more relaxed and proud with myself. Do cover this topic more, please, I would appreciate it.
Also, general hygiene is a good topic 😃 and your hair is lovely. If you brush it out more and hairspray the result, it will give you softer waves, but this look suits you. 💕

I failed completely at bullet journaling but I'm totally gonna be trying it out again🤗
Just a tip for the frixon pen. If its really hot the ink will go away and when its cold everything you erased will show up again. It hapend to me me with my school notes in summer.

Hoping to start this soon! Good tips and products! Word to the wise- don't place hot things on your notebook when using those pens. Yup I filled out a lengthy form at work and placed my heated up lunch plate on the form and it disappeared!!

the erasable pens use temperature to make the words appear/disappear. If you put your erased pages in the fridge, the words will reappear. So words you erased and wrote on top may appear together after a few years. If you would like to keep the bullet journal/journal entries for a long time, I wouldn't suggest using this pen.
Going to treat myself to a new Bujo soon 'cause I really want dotted pages! But I cannot justify the cost of a good notebook this month. The Leuchtturm 1917 was one of my top choices and you definitely have me sold! Makes such a difference to have an actual person recommending it and see it for real :)

Marie! First of all thank you for sharing your Bullet Journal Tips with us. I just wanted to let you know that I too love the Pilot Frixon Erasable Pens, BUT that ink tends to fade overtime. I recently looked back at some university notes I took at the beginning of 2016 and almost all of the sentences written with the Frixon pen had disappeared. Not positive if this has happened to other people as well, but just wanted to give you the heads up that it can possibly happen. That being said, the pens' ability to erase is magical!
