22:39 did the assistant chef just drop, then pick up the chopsticks and then use to stir the noodles? By the look of how they prepared food in the floor early on, I’d say yes.
I thought she did too, but she didn’t. She transferred the chopsticks to her other hand and picked up something off the ground so it does kinda looks like she dropped them.
As delicious as it looks, I was wondering if anyone got sick eating at this place? I mean come on!!! Half of his unwashed hand pierced the glove and he STILL continued to mix with his hands. I don't know man, is it just me?
You just add the sanitizer packs directly to the floor water... That way its super simple. Dirty hands? Just rub them in the floor water. Dirty pot? Just rinse it with the floor water.
@@amandeepbaa6978 japan is actually very clean, but you can read in the title saying chinese master chef japanese style. So its just japanese style but the people are chinese. No wonders given. Real Japanese people dont cook that dirty.
It all looks good but I wouldn’t feel comfortable eating from a kitchen so unsanitary looking. The one thing that really impressed me was the soup was still simmering when he took the lid off to eat it.
U haven't seen anything in Japan in general and this type of diner r for locals(Japanese) who love them and being regular in going over their to eat not for some fancy tourism sht place as they're straight business for homies
Yo what is up with that lady's voice! its like some kind of grating alarm... Also never seen Anthony Bourdain or Gordon Ramsay using a baseball bat to smash some "substance" on a wet concrete floor, but... to each their own! The gyoza and fried chicken both looked very tasty.
I was thinking the same thing. He’s standing in a bacteria swimming pool and putting cooking pots on the floor, then transferring the contents into another vessel. There’s no way to stop contamination from running into the food. Definitely not Japanese method.
Guess you haven't seen anything in Japan in general and the owner chef is not cooking on the floor he simply crushing the ingredients from the hot pressure cooked broth then transferring to another container. It is his style of making broth otherwise have to continuous heat the for 1-2 day making bone to disintegrate
I had to stop when he got the baseball bat out of the pot on the floor..the whole place looked so filthy and just gross..what is master about that? I could not look at anymore the floor was getting to look more like what they had been cooking and walking in🤢🤮 I'll pass..
@Amandeep baa far from it..I love watching how other countries cook..I know things are so different.. in fact I like checking out how they do what they do. But this is out and out dirty..the floor was terrible..I've seen people with running drains under where they are cooking before..but this was filthy..end of! Nothing would convince me otherwise.
The man literally put chicken in the same bowl that he just finished prepping the pork with - not to mention with the same gloves 🤦♂️ complete disregard for food allergies and dietary restrictions.

It never gets old watching chiefs prep, cook and prepare meals with such wonderful arrangements of colors, aromas, textures and flavors 👍🤤👍 💯‼️
that standing water on the floor makes me hungry!
Common scenario of Chinese Japanese dining
Really?? Standing water.
My favorit channel, the videos are always interesting. Greetings from indonesia
Mi godok
My sincerest compliments to the chef for cutting the carrots into hearts - I'm sure it makes so many peoples days and i may just copy it in the future

Wow everything looks so delicious 😋 ❤
I try to watch and try to identify the ingredients as they are prepared and cooked, imagining the flavors. And I get hungry everytime!

Hello!!! Everything you cooked looked super delicious. Wish I was eating this food right now. Mouth Watering. Oh...so...good...Nice video!!!...
This looks so good. I wish we could see what ingredients are in there.
As delicious as it looks, I was wondering if anyone got sick eating at this place? I mean come on!!! Half of his unwashed hand pierced the glove and he STILL continued to mix with his hands. I don't know man, is it just me?
This person is legendary. If I lived close to the restaurant, I would come here every day to eat.
Nice to video😉😋😗💋👌💞
Amazing show of skills n hustle 💯🙂👍watching from Samoa 🇼🇸 Pacific territory tropical heat 😎🤙🥂
Looks pretty tempting
Very interesting video. 👍🇺🇸
Salam dari Indonesia...Sukses selalu...
It would be more interesting if you put what ingredients are being used.
love the use of the baseball bat
But why does the kitchen floor look like the inside bowl of a porta-potty?
Bruh.......... Dey DISRESPECTFUL AF in this Whole video 😭🤣🤣🤣
Common scenario of Chinese Japanese dining in Japan which I guess u don't even know about in Japan
@@brebenscv8734 guess you haven't seen anything in Japan
That crispy fried calamari looks so good. Your Wok skills is amazing. You are definitely a Master Chef
What's the white stuff being poured at the beginning? Coconut milk?
scrumptious what a talented chef
Amazing cooking 😍
yes look
Looks so delicious 🤤👍🏻
wow I’ve ever seen before. 😮 (where I’ve been.)
You know if you stir the pot with a baseball bat you know that taste will be a home run 😅
This Chef cooking and his plastic gloves are falling apart😆😆😆😆
Does anyone know what is making the sound at 28:10? Could it perhaps be a dishwasher scraping a utensil?
You just add the sanitizer packs directly to the floor water... That way its super simple. Dirty hands? Just rub them in the floor water. Dirty pot? Just rinse it with the floor water.
Looks better than yoshinoya or waba grill :D
It seems like you have started reposting a lot of older videos but representing them as new...?
I gotta say the way that they use the floor when they drain or rinse seems pretty cool especially in the confined area.
I thought it seemed a bit dirty. Especially that baseball stick thing. Shame as the rest looked nice
It looks great.
OMG, EVERYTHING LOOKS SO DELICIOUS.
Don't is it a UA-cam problem or my phone's but lately I'm not getting any live or video notification to the channels I'm subscribed to
Looks fantastic!
Pozerám ťa zo Slovenska ☺

dont get me wrong, seems to be delicious - but:
"How sloppy will you work?"
"yes"

Those little won tons look yummy.
Good cooks do not use the floor to mix food because the floor is contaminated.
That pot sitting in water on the floor though. Tip it over to pour into another pot and guess what's along for the ride?

It's always impressive and inspiring to see skilled people cook, but this time I am simultaneously horrified by the hygiene violations.😨

@ 22:40she drops the chopsticks on the nasty floor and picks it up and reuses them 😮
Look so delicious
Nossa parece que ficou uma delícia 😋😋😋
Comidas deliciosas😮
Delicious 😋
i like the baseball-bat-move!
SO YUMMY
The Japanese would never work with dirty water all over the floor let alone lay a pot on that floor.
Glove on the wrong hand.
One wonders how one can cook in such unsanitary conditions.
I will never frequent such a pigsty.
Holy cross contamination ,Batman ..😫🤢
Perfect :)
That's a giant cabbage!
Where is honorable health inspector?
Is it chinese or japanese? Cooking on the floor using a baseball bat seems very chinese. Never saw that in Japan the few times ive been there.

29:57 That should be the ONLY WAY you make Gyoza. The deep fried version should be OUTLAWED.

you should just sweep the floor and you wold have 10 plates of entrees ready to eat

I'm from Russia. Amazing unsanitary conditions by our standards. Is this a pig farm kitchen?
