I get a feeling right away that it's a bit more than that, well... especially after a first lines, like it's actually being adressed to someone directly or some type of person, and not to everyone... but I might get it wrong, song lyrics are twisted af, and I can come up with at least 3 more meanings. To me while it might be simple af, it's not... I see a #deep meaning or at least some specifics next to the simplicity of a lyrics as a whole. and this line it's not really that simple imo : "I’ll tell my lies and you cheat When we’re facing the heat Nothing can come between us" After thinking about the lyrics from the very beginning to the very end, it's about even willing to be abused to the upper limit, like you don't ever care about it anymore (or you're now strong enough to overcome it) and then be able to work from there to reach the previous limit then go above it. But just as I said, I might be wrong or even needlessly trying to make something more from this song, but that's how I am; seeing at least 3 possible outcomes from the simple sentence.

All your music is amazing - there's so much passion and love you put into every song, it's beautiful. But this is definitely my favorite song! 3am, passing through my UA-cam recommendations encountering tons of faceless very similar compositions of a variety of genres (metalcore, alternative, deathcore, slamming brutal, MDM, electronicore and their mixes) and I can’t stand listening to it anymore. Now I understand what people say about modern metal bands being made through carbon paper. But you, guys, surprisingly pleasantly hit my ears with your sounding. Very cool song with really nice creative additions in sounding (especially that church bell). Vocals are so fucking good as well. Keep your soul in your music.🤘🤘
