When should you not use clomid or clomiphene

I have regular cycle n my doctor advised me to use Clomid. N I believe it will help. This doctor is a bit bananas honestly so what should one use to help them ovulate? I’m sure he will reply and say eat fruits and vegetables and loose weight

Hope it works if not i will discuss other means. I have endometriosis, and polyp issues. I have had surgery for both. I have regular cycles and ovulate. My Dr prescribed CLOMID + IUI. I just finished my dose of CLOMID. Will CLOMID + Gonadotropin injections +IUI work?
