Must have taken a long time to write that comment
@@jamesheath7601 it did, especially Carl Radle and Keith Godchaux.
@@jamesheath7601 I did part 1 as well.
Thanks for this...It must have taken forever to make up this list...you can imagine how long it takes to make the actual video....well done!
@@roccimo Keith Godchaux footage was from a 3hr Grateful Dead performance...I watched the whole thing trying to get good footage...that 15 second portion took about 12 hours to create...whew... :) I have no idea what song that actually is....can't believe you figured it out...
Wow the amount of suicides, drug overdoses and car crashes, plane crashes, heart attacks. Cancers. Wow. They gave us great music.
The no of murders was higher than I'd suspected. I only knew about Sam Cooke's.
Sad!
SATAN the murderer is the reason for this same few ways, practically singers are dying.
I understand the suicides life is a pain in the ass 🖕
@@theodorab.2482 What proof do you have of this
It's very rare I'd ever see Randy Rhoads mentioned in deaths of musical icons. Thank you for putting him in here.
I felt strange wanting to watch this, but finished the first two. Will watch the next later. So many confused emotions at our loss, while remembering the passion and beauty of the works. Lennon and Karen Carpenter brought me both hope and sadness. Mostly the sadness comes from the loss of youth and turmoil many of these artists felt and could not find a way to live. Thank you.
This is such a rich and rare arrangement of talent and luminaries. Cherishingly presented, you honor them all.
So many people that had a significant impact on music died so young. Thank you for putting this together. A lot of music I had forgotten.
8:14 the woman playing two pianos - wow! Her right hand is playing the keys that the left hand would normally play and the left hand is playing the keys the right hand would normally play. I'll be looking her up to see what else she performed. Thanks!!
Here is a small documentary about her. She was amazing ua-cam.com/video/o_WJ4PpxWaE/v-deo.html
She was incredibly talented, I need to look her up, all I can say is - I've never seen anything like that.
Your documentaries are very provocative, invoking a lot of emotion. They clearly illustrate the risks of being in a tough industry that is not as admirable as most think, such as plane crashes, substance abuse, suicides, and lifestyle.
Such a mass of incredible talent that I owe to for so many memories and entertainment. We are all deprived by their loss. I pray for them all to R.I.P !
Thank you so much for this !
It takes a lot of work and time to put something like this. I thank you for this.
If there’s a rock and roll heaven, there must be a hell of a band!
I know that reference: The Righteous Brothers! They had such great music, not just the band, but the artists we lost too soon 💔 shall they rest in peace 🙏😢
Man! Can you imagine??!😅😊🎉
Incredible piece of work. What a documentary. I learned so much as you dispelled a lot of rumors and BS. I couldn't even begin to imagine how much time in research, acquisition, and editing it took. Thank you Sir !
You're welcome.... also I am a "Miss"...not a Sir :)
@@HappyPsychoBunny1 My apologies for my gender mistake. I will be following you with more intensive interest. You are a great talent with what you do. Thanks again !
This is great! So many memories! Most of these musicians I have seen in concert. I grew up in Detroit born 1950 and I have loved singing along and going to concerts! First concert at 12, Beatles 2nd concert Led Zeppelin at 17, then Motown soul review. Goose Lake outdoor 3 day concert. My last concert was Moody Blues at St Augustine amphitheatre. My 7 or 8 times seeing them!
Love watching this, it's addicting!!
Very good, seriously. I like how you broke them up. Thank you for posting, very nice !!
I wonder how many of these artists who died young, whether from heart attack, cancer, suicide or even car crash, if drug abuse didn’t play a part.
God bless your beautiful soul for this video absalutely wonderful but sad 😢. Thank you for this ☮️🙏♥️👍
Bill haleys age suprized me, he looked in his 50s during the 1960's.
O.M.G. Thank you for your all very HAAAAAAAAARD Work! That is really best! A +
Thank you for doing this. Emotionally fulfilling for this music lover.
Thank. You for your wonderful research put into these lists. So many died too soon, but it was good that a lot of them got to have a full life.
I agree, much great work went into this video. I had never heard of most of these great musicians until your video. Thanks a lot.
Goodmusllc
Nice job, thanks for positng
I love the span of the music. I had not heard of some of these people, now I have to go listen to more! an educational adventure for sure!
Excellent video. Thanks for keep live the legacy of this artists.
Hello from México.
I did not expect to like this. But, in a morbid way I guess, I found it fascinating. I watched it from start to finish. I watch very few UA-cam videos from start to finish. But this one I could not switch off.
Discovering some great old music in these videos.
Yes most definitely
They don't make music like that nowdays That's what you call music!!!🎶🎶🎶🎶
Cool but sad. Most were so young.
thank you, this had to take alot of research and editing...great work
It did and thank you :)
R.I.P. ушедшим рокерам и музыкантам 😭😢🕯🤟🎤🎸🥁🎷🎙🎆🌹❤🥀🙏
Thank you again. Good memories. So many die so young. Bless the new ones.
If you are generally concerned that I missed an artist you like, fine, but if you just saw someone on a list and never heard of them before and just want to say I missed someone...let it go.
Heart attacks in their 30’s and 40’s? Yeah, hard to believe.
Drugs and alcohol and stress bud…
All that fame and talent and yet so many tormented soul
May they rest in peace 🙏
Overdoses, accidents, suicides... all young people.
Shocking how many talented folks die young.
You're AWESOME AF Subscribed
Hey, thank you this is great.
So much history!! Thank you!
Sad so many are gone and give so much thank God we have their work
Sooo happy you picked that song for Rick Nelson!!
It's one of my favourites of his :)
@@HappyPsychoBunny1 mine as well. He was really underrated.
Awesome video - was not aware of all of those that died SO young and mostly at their own hands - suicide or dugs - really sad to have such talent and such demons.
So sad that so many musos had taken their own lives, and many more from cancer.
So many black men that were shot. And so many suicides. Just beyond the overdoses and everything just incredible. RIP
Gunshot deaths also include a black woman, and a few white people. Stabbing deaths common, Sal Minio for
One.
I wonder how many of those shot or stabbed were in the company of a woman who was claimed by another person i.e. jealous lover (incl. Husbands)?
Marvin Gaye was shot and killed by his father.
R.I.P. .🎧🎼🎹🎬😎👍
Thanks for all the research. It is sad that so many died young, and that so many died by suicide.😥
Wasn't very good research. John Belushi was murdered. You can easily look that up.
Being a (well known?) performer in the 50 and 60s esp should've come with a health warning.
What I found surprising were the no of heart attacks, cancer, haemorrhages that happened to performers in their 20s to late 30s. On reflection some of those could've been influenced by heavy drug and alcohol use.
John Lennon was the biggest lose to my era♥️
Just goes to show sometimes money won't buy happyiness.
Ricky Nelson Survived two place crashes before the 3rd one killed him
So many died young.
general impression: They were all so young!
Good night Ms calabash wherever u are!
Sweet :) Jimmy Durante 0:46
I would much rather be gone but not forgotten than to be forgotten but not gone.
These videos are so sad to see because this was my generation. I hope all the souls represented in the video are safe and I truly don't mean any disrespect to anyone but Jesus Christ is the doorway into Heaven and I hope He ushered them into his Kingdom.
Amen.
Gosh…so many young deaths.
I’m 78 - everyday above ground is a good day.
This videos are excellent. But I would have included Jobriath (died 3 Aug 1983), Klaus Nomi (died 6 Aug 1983), and Kyu Sakamoto (killed in plane crash 12 Aug 1985).
@ Teofane: Klaus Nomi was brilliant!
Karen Carpenter forever
Karen Carpenter 3>
She was also an amazing drummer...love her!
@@HappyPsychoBunny1 A lot of people forgot that she was a drummer also. I think that her voice, which is so incredible, has most people immediately think of what she could do to just destroy your heart or give such joy to your heart with her voice alone. Thanks for reminding us. Gail in Central Florida Labor Day September 7, 2021. Whatever that means anymore
@@HappyPsychoBunny1 She was an awesome drummer! I bookmarked their 1974 Talk Of Town concert just to watch Karen rocking the drums when they performed Jonny B. Goode
Lots of work, thanks. I think all the “heart attacks” of ppl in their 40’s are the result of “kind coroners”.
Yep those kind coroners are elected in a lot of counties and have as much qualifications as an insurance salesman
What is kind coroners?
@@helloimfriendly2324 “kind coroners” are elected coroners who have no qualifications to determine the cause of death. Many times it could be your local real estate agent or sheriff. To properly do an autopsy a forensic pathologist is a must. However, in the US each state can determine its own qualification requirements for who can be coroner
Many more members of the 27 club besides Jimi, Janis & Jim
The morel to this is dont take drugs or drink while flying, driving, cleaning your guns, sharpening you knives, practicing your knots or pissing someone off !!
enjoy ..songs & names ..but not death imfor... SAD but reality
I remember drummers Buddy miles, and guitarist Mike Bloomfield and Paul Butterfield
Rip to you all god bless
AC/DC is a legendary so is Eric Clapton and who can't forget low rider from cheech and Chong and my husband's favorite Greatful Dead and john Lennon was amazing. Nothing but good memories and good times.
Lost so many to overdoses, so sad what drugs have done.
Three lessons from this list: Don't do drugs or alcohol and don't fly.
Life is short, take care of it, maybe this is all we have.
3/21/2022: Wow, “hat off to you” 🎩 🧢 such research done to post all these musicians and their cause of death. The crazy 😝 thing about it is we ALL have a “shelf life” and expiration date. All who are reading these comments and looking at the video, although we may/may not be musicians, will one day join the list ( EXPIRED DATE: ? ).
“Normal” is not coming back but JESUS is. Maranatha.
earlier...Suicide....Pneumonie,Heart Atack,Accidents,Cancer....today....Drugs,Drugs,Drugs
Janis Joplin died in 70 was from drugs just like Jimmy Hendricks and Jimmy Morrison
Rip Marty Robbins famous Singer and NASCAR driver
Marty Robbins was legend...love him :)
The song is “El Paso”
@@jaitheminecraftgamer5046 That was one of my dad's favorite songs
I see dead people.....
Bon Scott was in the fast lane on the Highway to Hell.
R.I.P ✝️.
Thank for The News
If not for drugs, alcohol, cars, planes, junk food and guns these lists would be a lot shorter sadly.
Non Scott really was on the Highway To Hell.
He lived the classic life of a rock and roller, right to the end.
Bon
Rest In Peace Joe Tex
1935-1982
I don't think anyone has heard of Jobriath Boone. He died from AIDS in 1983
Tommy Caldwell, Bassist for Marshall Tucker Band 4/22/1980, car crash.
Toy Caldwell died in 1993....you mean Tommy Caldwell.
@@HappyPsychoBunny1 Yes, I meant Tommy, blame it on old age.
@@kustomdeluxe8489 I put Tommy in my list of missed musicians...hopefully I will make a video of musicians I missed along the way. It's really hard to get ALL of them... His brother Toy is in Part 4 though :)
@@HappyPsychoBunny1 I watched 5 or 6 of your videos in a row late last night, can only imagine the research to get everyone. Glad to see original Outlaws, Billy Jones and Frank O'Keefe on the list. Southern rockers been dropping like flies lately. Will watch more tonight. Great job!
@@kustomdeluxe8489 Thanks for watching :) I love country rock...actually my fav is Gram Parsons...the original country rocker (although he would hate that term) :)
Sad memories!
God,so Manny suicides back in the day,way more than today's musicians do it..I wonder why that was..obviously they didn't make the kind of money today's artists make.that might have had something to do with it.
I wonder if bon found his hiway to HELL. ???????
John Bonham 3:53
BONZO!!!
Tom Evans is actually primarily Badfinger's bassist rather than one of their guitarists.
This is an adittion fear kills fantastic time travel compared to alle these wappies That going tot die anyway younis khay

♥️🙏✌️😎
1983 seems to be the year to die if your part of a band it seems .
Btw Roy brown wasn’t 60 when he died, he was 55 when he died
15:35 UA-camrs, all hail #joelynnturnerfromfandango !
You forgot Carl White from the Rivingtons. He died January 7, 1980 and was the lead singer.
He'll be in Part 11 along with another band mate....
HappyPsychoBunny1 Okay I was just saying.
Birth has to be the leading cause of death. It's what everyone has in common.
I hate planes.
Bon state we all are going to miss you
Good list. But you forgot Joe Dassin. He is dead in 20 August 1980 because heart attack during a vacation of Tahiti
8:13 I thought Harry Chapin just got hit by a truck.
He did...but it's because he had a Heart Attack and probably lost control of his vehicle and got hit by a truck...
@@VidClips858 I guess it's hard to say the course of events exactly....that is why I wrote both.... Sad events to say the least.
@@HappyPsychoBunny1 Yeah, my remembrance of the events didn't even have him in the car. I thought he had stopped and gotten out. And I would probably guessed he was about 10 years older at the time.

WHATS THE MEANING OF Life.. ? ? ?
People ask
me all the time -What is the meaning of life? Is it about having a fancy
car, a big house, a great job or even being famous? No.! - Ok. Then
it’s about being in love having a wife, kids- family and the white
picked fence ya-ya...thats it.! No.!.. Ok. Then GOOD HEALTH -NO..! -Tel
that to someone who’s on there death bed-NO..! Life is all about
realizing that this is just a temporary stop in our journey to Heaven…
All the highs life has to offer does Not compare with what God has
planned for us and the Lows in life only strengthens our desire for
Heaven…. So Please….. TURN TO JESUS- life is to short-and tomorrow my be
