RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Grate 2 potatoes
Grate 1 carrot
Grate 1 clove of garlic
Salt, Pepper
Mix well
Fry for 1 minute over medium heat
Flip over and fry for another 1 minute
Add natural yogurt
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
