A rep brought a few of these to my field when they was first produced and was showing us the workmanship. They wasn't to expensive as I remember but now try to get one. I wish I would have bought them all. looking forward to the look in and run videos.
Thanks again Dave. I have been in the model airplane business for 65+ years and every time I think I have seen it all I get humbled once again. This is one I have never heard of before, it looks like a well-engineered and built engine. Unfortunately, this can be a hard business to succeed in.
Hi David. just a reminder of the views of a new pristine never run photos of one one these Fitzpatrick 61 ABC engines I shared with you some time back, and the machining was done in Canada as it says on the original box.
I remember when those were sold new, I think late 70's or early 80's? Do you know where they were made in the US, and what the back story is with Fitzpatrick engines?
I too have had several Kraft 61 engines. While they may run great, the quality in machining and parts is nowhere close to being the same. It’s like comparing a Porsche to a Chevrolet.
Another blast from the past. I always enjoy your viewing of unique engines.

Wow that is a very neat looking engine! Looking forward to the run video!!! 🇨🇦

That is very interesting that you have never herd of this American made engine before.
A beautiful piece of engineering, never heard of this engines before. Thanks for sharing.
It’s a nice powerful engine with instant throttle response. It is very loud 😎👍
I once had a Great Planes Ultra Sport 60 that was powered by one of these. It was a screamer to say the least. Can't wait to see the running video.
Superb review David! Thanks for your perspective.
Cool engine! Nice bike too.
Almost look like torx headed bolts were used.
That's a really good looking engine, the head seems to be machined from one piece, i agree it resembles laser engine construction.
Had the opportunity to purchase one at auction years ago for $120. Still kick myself for not buying. Thanks for the video!

I have linked the review articles in the video description. Please read them as that is where the only information I am aware of is.
I wonder how this compares with the Kraft/RJL .61?
Haha. I can’t imagine it comparing in any way to that hunk of crap.
@@dmrcflyr2 I have one and it runs great!
