Me either!😂 if you’re going to try out for the DCC squad then you should know how to spell Cowboys. Like Charlotte pointed out, there isn’t just one cowboy, there’s a whole team.
“I’m a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader.” It just rolls off the tongue easier without the S. That’s why Charlotte brought it up. Because so many of the DCC squad have said it that way for years. However, the S rolls off the tongue so well when saying, “How ‘bout those Cowboys!” or when saying “I love the Dallas Cowboys.” It is what it is. I’m a Dallas girl, born and raised. We all said it wrong back then & many still do!
In my opinion I think it was probably the editing that made her look stupid. As far as I am concerned, when I first heard the question, I thought they were referring to the 's. As in: ''Do you know if there is an s at the end of Dallas Cowboys('s) Cheerleaders?'' And then she said no, as I would have.

Yes!!!!!!!! I’ve been asking for this for months! Like even if they didn’t announce it on the show, they could show like a 30sec clip of the dancer being at the point.
It boggles my mind that every year they ask a question affiliated with Jerry Jones being the owner and how many women over the years they've asked that question who don't know the answer. I'm like did/do you not watch the finals episode every year.
Gaby: Chelsea was cut for being toxic in the locker room. And instead of offering a sincere apology for her actions, she tried to feed Kelli some BS lie.
Chelsie getting cut is solid proof that they don't play favorites. She was beautiful, funny, and well liked, but she screwed up when she was told to shape up. Instead of simply accepting the critique and hitting the gym, she made sarcastic comments. The one I remember most was that she said her audition weight was not maintainable and if that's what was expected she might as well just leave. But they all sign contracts that say their audition weight must be maintained. A few seasons later, another fan favorite Holly, was cut due to contract violations. Kelly loved her too, but it's her job to protect the brand for the Cowboys organization. Personally I think some of those things in their contract are bull sh@t and archaic, and the pay scale is ridiculous considering the extraordinary amount of work those girls put in to wear the boots and dance on the field. It's crazy. But every year hundreds of girls line up and apply for the "privilege" of having their bodies monitored, their appearance critiqued, their dance talent questioned and their personal lives monitored, questioned and exposed. I love the show, but damned if I would have ever subjected myself to that kind of scrutiny. But you can't fault Kelly and Judy for enforcing the rules because they too have worn the uniform and lived up to their contracts. Whether we (or the team members) feel those rules are right or wrong, the bottom line is that when they sign that contract they're signing their own free will away for the chance to dance and gain national exposure. Right or wrong, it is what it is.
Cathy Slyter I totally agree, Chelsea got too high and mighty and she thought she was untouchable because she was a veteran. I think they did the right thing!
@@superdill6665 They play favorites especially Kelli and Charlotte. Cassie, Victoria, Tess, current DCC Kat, Gina and a few others are great example of the favoritism in DCC Land.

I really don't like Charlotte. The way she comes across is fake, arrogant and incredibly disingenuous. There's just something about her that I don't trust.
She’s too rich for her own good and could care less about these people but they ask the weirdest questions... like any of these cheerleaders know current events #sorrynotsorry
I can see how some of these questions are "trick" questions and the ladies have to be very careful when choosing how to answer. Most likely it's a test to see how well they can answer off the cuff
Great compilation. Some hilarious moments highlighting some of the girls geographic and political ignorance. Good balance also highlighting the many highly , and probably majority, academic candidates.
I must say... I’m still on the fence with the reaction, from Kelly especially, regarding Malena’s reaction to being cut. Not even Kelly’s reaction in the moment but from the minute Malena left. DCC just drools at the concept of having these amazingly talented, intelligent women who have had dreams for years of getting a chance to be a DCC. I realize a lot of people don’t realize that DCC sends out scouts for dancers to encourage them to audition. So a lot of these girls had never even contemplated DCC until that scout showed up. Then for someone like Malena, who knows the beginning of being cut, expresses her worst nightmare was being the last cut of training camp, which she was experiencing right there. She wasn’t putting on an act, she wasn’t trying to give lip service to her dream of being DCC. She came across as sincere as possible. That all leads me to all but expect a very dramatic reaction! Not only is her dream being ripped away, it’s a double dose with her worst nightmare coming true. Girls get judged for not putting DCC at the level of ‘God’ in their life. It’s been said many times that K-J-C all want to know that the ladies are there for the right reason. I think Malena met all that criteria and then some! I truly despise hypocrisy, double standards and a people with a sense of entitlement. I will always cheer and support the ladies who go through all they do to get these positions. They’re amazing. But the managerial side of DCC and of the Cowboys is what prevents me from 100% supporting DCC. I won’t subscribe or like videos. I don’t purchase episodes to watch. I don’t purchase merchandise and/or calendars because of how the ladies of DCC are treated. I keep hoping I’ll see a video, interview, etc that will show that those in positions of power are making changes. So far I’ve been disappointed!
The management in that organization as a whole needs to be changed. The cheerleaders should have higher wages and more benefits. The cowboy football players should be held to the same standard as these women. Off the field matters and the football players need to learn that from management
I know Meredith is a sweet person, but I didn't feel her 2nd interview was much better, granted we just saw a small snippet of it... - Interviewer: "Who do you consider a visionary?" - Meredith: "The person who decides if I get this job or not"... To me that is a cringe answer. Just my opinion though.
she was high AF on something Rumor was it was adderall She didn’t act like that in other seasons and after the staring at the table interview, Courtney quits the team for “personal reasons.” Hypocritical if you ask me. When Caitlyn LeGrande was cut, we saw all her actions which led to the cut but with Courtney, Keli said personal reasons was the only explanation they’d get. Plus they also kept Tia’s sketchy ass behavior and Tobie’s personal issues that weren’t narcotics related on the down-low also by not filming either of them. season 2 and 3 (I think) was the only time we saw them on camera.
I think for the uniform question the right answer is neither because while having and wearing the uniform is such an honor, they're saying that they are nothing without the uniform and I think that's wrong. Without the ladies, the personality, and the dancing/talent, the uniform wouldn't be worn and I think that needs to be recognized.
Actions always speak louder than words. If the uniform made the woman, then why have a try-out at all? Just put the uniform on anyone who signs up and you would be finished. They can say whatever they want with their words, but their actions clearly show how they really feel. Their actions clearly show that it is the woman who makes the uniform.
It's crazy how they expect you to bow down, pretty much be a professional dancer, and judge you on who they think you are based on a picture, but pay you close to nothing
I honestly feel like what they did with those pageant girls was a test and they were using them as an example. Because they were both titleholders and to say that they can’t go and do their duties as title holders was really mean and unnecessary. I am on those girls sides and not Kelly’s, because if it were Cassie or a veteran who had to do that they would’ve let them go.
In my opinion, the two sisters were used for a story line. Kelli, Charlotte and CMT knew at least one of the girls had to leave for her pageant duties. They knew it, so they decided to do we had two girls left TC, so let us bring in a girl who would have a spot in TC if the two sisters did not take a spot. Kelli was wrong about the whole thing because two girls left TC in Season One. Season 4 was not the first time it happened.
I think they were referring to the "cowboys" part of it. Are they the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, or Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders? I think that's what the question meant, but either way, the judge pronounced the S. 😂😂
I'm sorry but I would say that I make the uniform lol, like a piece of clothing is not going to "make me". That's so odd to me that they consider saying that you make the uniform a wrong answer.
Don't you know it is an honor and privilege to be a DCC, and you are part of a special sisterhood. Nothing tops it. Not graduating from college, having a career, getting married, having kids etc. etc. can top it. I mean putting on the uniform is the same as trying on your wedding gown.
Although i love watching..these girls/women are being exploitated. They earn very little and lot of pratice and classes/attendings etc. are not even paid. And walking in bikinis for big confrences fulled with men and doing calender shoots has NOTHING to do with dancing. They are all trained dancers and being showed as half naked meat is offencive to all dancers all over.
So much goes into this process and it makes sense. Those who make it definately deserve their spot as a DCC. Go girls. On the other hand they are cheering for their team they need to know the players their cheering for.

@@QveenJvzzyI know. So sad. She was adorable. Only like 31, I think, when she died.

At first I thought she said “oh, Biden,” LMAOO
Sarah Palin did that, too, and she was a VP candidate on a major party ticket so…
Who's your favorite player on the Cowboys?
Jason Whitten
Why?
Because I LOVE the defense.
But he is on the offense.
Oops. Girl, bye lol
This had me cringe soooo hard this was one of the worst ones 😂
This was actually a great video for how to approach any interview
When I competed for Miss Dallas in 2016, Kelli was one of our judges and she was a sweetheart! I enjoyed being interviewed by her. 😊
Really? She comes across as the ultimate mean girl. Hm..well you proved me wrong. Thank you.
@@kateg7298 I kind of feel like Charlotte and the black lady (I'm blanking on her name right now, so sorry about that) would be tougher to interview with. Kelli strikes me as a good interviewer because she doesn't show criticism in front of the candidate unless if it's warranted.
@@annaconigliaro2907 Thank you :) It must be the editing showing Kelli doing the eye roll thing and looking a little put out. I'm wrong a lot and it sure seems like it here.
@@kateg7298 definitely not a mean girl, more of a boss lady who has to be tough to do the best possible job, but if you watch the show she is really a teddy bear
@@jenk5267 I agree! Kelli really seems like such a nice lady
“Because I LOVEEEEE the defense 😏,” “He plays offense😐,” “Oh 😶.” I am absolutely deceased 😂😂😂😂
The 45th President didn't know the lyrics so clearly it doesn't matter. 🤣
Okay at first I didn't understand why they needed to know things about the US but then they explained about how they might have to sit across the army generals and it made sense. Imagine siting across an army general and not knowing what a political party is 😅
Can we please get an updated trainwreck tryouts 🙏🏽
Do every point announcement! :D
They only started announcing it recently
this !!!🥳😫
Yes!!!!!!!! I’ve been asking for this for months! Like even if they didn’t announce it on the show, they could show like a 30sec clip of the dancer being at the point.
who else loves dcc??!! like if you do!!
The owner's daughter sits there, and this gal doesn't know the owner's name? Wow!
It boggles my mind that every year they ask a question affiliated with Jerry Jones being the owner and how many women over the years they've asked that question who don't know the answer. I'm like did/do you not watch the finals episode every year.
Can we talk about how much Kelli LOVED Chelsea in her interview, but then cut her during her first veteran year?
@@superdill6665 WELL SAID!!
@@superdill6665 They play favorites especially Kelli and Charlotte. Cassie, Victoria, Tess, current DCC Kat, Gina and a few others are great example of the favoritism in DCC Land.
I love how in the beginning out of all the players it was Emitt Smith and Troy Aikman
And T.O.
This was the video we didn’t know we needed.
Honestly
Very cliched.
I love that girl in panel she can laugh at her mistakes, take that reinvent herself, and keep trying.
There are some DCC girls who went to court for being paid as they should have. I am not sure how that ended. I think they won.
Their wages were raised
The DCC wages were raised to $400 on game days.
Poor AMY. My GOD. No one deserved a spot ever more than her. EVER.
She was so close! Her cut was so heartbreaking & unfair.
I'd love to see behind the scenes footage, every first year vet that got cut, the DCC Brides episode, Cassie's journey and Angela's journey.
I don’t think it would be a good idea. The comments will drag her.
The Minchew sisters. Glad Judy grilled the one that came back.
Exactly. You don't just skip out on a job. You call and let them know what is up unless you know, you never want to be employed by them again
Just recently watched re-runs of the 2014 season. I lost count the amount of times the lovely Breelan (22.12) stated she was nervous. Glad she made the squad that year.
7:55 I don’t know why they didn’t try out AFTER they were done with their pageant title 🤦♀️ they probably would’ve made it. Duh
Here’s me at age eleven studying all the questions for when I go
Show Best of Dallas Cheerleaders WEDDINGS!!! There was a special so we should have footage
Some cheerleaders have it on Instagram, Lexie, posted on her Instagram account. Some girls posted clips during their takeovers on the dcc Instagram
Yes! I loved the wedding episode!
Yay thank you! Panel interviews are one of my favorite things
5:15 don’t get me wrong I love Judy but when she said “I now know how every mom feels” I turned into Chris Farley in Billy Madison saying to myself “no no no you don’t, but you can imagine what it would be like if you did” 😂
She was being a mom in that moment; her daughter was being interviewed and that's why she wasn't involved in the interview???
I really don't like Charlotte. The way she comes across is fake, arrogant and incredibly disingenuous. There's just something about her that I don't trust.
I agree. I'm not really a fan of her.
She’s too rich for her own good and could care less about these people but they ask the weirdest questions... like any of these cheerleaders know current events #sorrynotsorry
She’s very corporate. Corporate speech, corporate dress, corporate attitude.
I can see how some of these questions are "trick" questions and the ladies have to be very careful when choosing how to answer. Most likely it's a test to see how well they can answer off the cuff
The one girl should never have said she's "a diehard Steelers fan" in this context. Even if it's true, this was not the time to say that! 🙄😮
When at 11:35 Brittany says, "No" to all Kelli's questions she looks like a shy lil kitten. She cracks me up every time. 😁🐱
can we see every media training?
Yay!! Thank you so much for listening!!
Agreed. Her dream was being crushed. Her response was valid.
I love Victoria's reply to who out of Charlotte, Kelly and Judy she would cut.
I loved the way she used their “tonight will be your last night” line 🤣🤣
I know Meredith is a sweet person, but I didn't feel her 2nd interview was much better, granted we just saw a small snippet of it...
- Interviewer: "Who do you consider a visionary?"
- Meredith: "The person who decides if I get this job or not"...
To me that is a cringe answer. Just my opinion though.
Please do group leader and point announcements
group leader and point announcements have been only a recent thing they've recorded on the show so that video would only be 10 mins long
Arts inthe Stars I don’t mind, wanna see the more recent ones anyways
21:32. Love the fact she’s looking at the table while answering the question. Lol
she was high AF on something Rumor was it was adderall She didn’t act like that in other seasons and after the staring at the table interview, Courtney quits the team for “personal reasons.” Hypocritical if you ask me.
Would love to see Mackenzie Lee’s journey, she fought so hard to improve her flexibility!
Same!!! I keep asking for it
It's crazy how they expect you to bow down, pretty much be a professional dancer, and judge you on who they think you are based on a picture, but pay you close to nothing
Yessss! Thanks for listening :)
Gosh I live in Saskatchewan,Canada and I know the US National Anthem.
Same here I sing it all the time it’s very catchy but I live in Ontario
that one floored me.
"I don't think there's an s at the end of cowboyS" bro you're literally saying it
She made the team too
How do you assume there's not an 's' in cowboys cheerleader's'??
I think they were referring to the "cowboys" part of it. Are they the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, or Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders? I think that's what the question meant, but either way, the judge pronounced the S. 😂😂
And like didn’t she ever look at the application forms or the many posters that are in the place?
You better know about the franchise you're trying to join support and represent. Its Respect.
I'm sorry but I would say that I make the uniform lol, like a piece of clothing is not going to "make me". That's so odd to me that they consider saying that you make the uniform a wrong answer.
I still don’t understand how some of these girls are that obtuse
Jackie Bob's journey would be awesome!
It was but too short! Shes Awesome!
Kelley : they asked me questions and it was fine *voice cracks* *cuts to her wiping tears*

The way these judges act you’d think being a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader was an important job.
Don't you know it is an honor and privilege to be a DCC, and you are part of a special sisterhood. Nothing tops it. Not graduating from college, having a career, getting married, having kids etc. etc. can top it. I mean putting on the uniform is the same as trying on your wedding gown.
@@nancyleddige6997 Plus less than a thousand women have EVER worn it!

I guess it just sounded a little conceited. It's the whole "clothes make the man" adage.

Although i love watching..these girls/women are being exploitated. They earn very little and lot of pratice and classes/attendings etc. are not even paid. And walking in bikinis for big confrences fulled with men and doing calender shoots has NOTHING to do with dancing. They are all trained dancers and being showed as half naked meat is offencive to all dancers all over.
they've recently doubled their salary for the games and doubled their salary overall.
Jealous much? What is wrong with being beautiful. In great shape and intelligent! Men and women enjoying looking at beautiful people!
So much goes into this process and it makes sense. Those who make it definately deserve their spot as a DCC. Go girls. On the other hand they are cheering for their team they need to know the players their cheering for.
I kist cant get over it. I watch this over and over. Amazing process.
