Someone give Cassie her own fashion series on network television, so honest, so much detail. Love the hair tucked behind the hair, and the face .... PRICELESS 🇨🇦🇯🇲
When she said “NEVER” it hit me. I was contemplating of buying an Hermes blanket. When she said that I instantly paid and now I’m waiting for delivery. Thanks Cass😫
Cassie you never disappoint me with your vlogs and I really really obsessed with your daily vlogs so so much you are my inspiration and I wish you have a beautiful day always💖💖💫
MK has been my go to, every day brand lately (along with Coach), as the past couple of years crop of handbags have some real interesting gems that not everyone will have and they've held up incredibly well with regular use (I know, I'm in shock with MK, too, but I've got to state these things honestly). There are places one doesn't want to take a luxury brand to, but you still want something that looks nice and wears well. If you stick with the leather and suede MK bags, instead of the monogram canvas (which is so boring since everyone and their mother has it around where I live 😳) you will have a bag that holds up and keeps it shape. Tory Burch has some really cute bags and shoes too. This is the first year I've seen anything I've liked that I would wear, as like with MK, it's a brand so many people gravitate towards where I live. There are gems that people like me, who don't want the bag or shoes everyone is wearing, will find they like. As far as luxury, I've seen some things from fashion week that are forgettable and some things that popped out and surprised me. I think we'll be seeing this for a while, as Quiet Luxury has it's moments in the sun and people ride that train for a few more seasons. I do love that you've showcased your two friends that are up and coming designers, Cassie, as I believe that's the place we'll be seeing the energy and excitement from over the next few seasons; the new on the scene designers, rather than the tried and true established brands.
I always loved Burberry. Hopefully they will come out with something spectacular. I like their print it is very classy and will always be a trademark brand in London/England.
I agree. I recently bought a classic print Burberry shirt and wore it to work. It was a hit because it’s such an iconic luxury brand. I think a mix of new and the old would serve them well.
I love the Gucci latest fashion show, it looks clean and some of the pieces are true eye candy to me! Agree with the shorts being way too short, you are too funny! I love so much your content. You are funny, so smart, opinionated yet very respectful. I am not a luxury purchaser but love to follow fashion and educated reviews and yours are amazing. Love all your collections and your moms. You both are such queens, love it!
Cassie, What did you think of the SS24 YSL? I thought it was beautiful, nostalgic, and sexy. The makeup was spot on 80's vibes. I think I would wear every single piece, especially that brown, flowy dress. I loved how they marched down the runway while a rendition of "Take My Breath Away" was playing. The entire collection gave "aviator" vibes, don't you think?
Cassie I absolutely love the information you gave. I particularly love the gossip about purchasing tickets to fashion shows. Where did you find that info?
You’re right the Gucci show made me cry! I’ve honestly just explored mid range brand that are bringing it, but so glad Michael kores is caring about his brand again! Burberry didn’t bring it in my humble opinion, genuinely if these are the leaders of fashion in 2024 we are going to have a dip in fashion sales
You always keep us up to date on all of the happenings in the luxury world!! Thanks Cassie!! I am excited to see the LV clogs and also liking the new dior bag.
I once watched an interview of Alexandre McQueen where he was asked point blank what he wanted to become of his brand if he no longer walked the Earth. His answer was, in effect, "Burn it all down." I think it is time to lay McQueen AND his brand to rest, peacefully.
Aw...another informative vlog from Ms. Cassie. U know u keep me in the style of fashion. I hope to never wonder what I would do without your great info. Happy & blessed Friday to u my dear. 😍💚💚💚.
Here is my current dilema, your video comes up at Friday 8pm malaysia time. And i find myself getting ready while watching your video and get slightly late out😅😅😅 because i need to be in the know and updated! Priority obviously 😂. thank you Cassie!❤ love this video. Have a wonderful weekend🎉 looking forward for your Versace show video, i know how i feel and i need to know our feelings are mutual 😂
i loved the fendi ss24 collection, there's a pair of pants i want. And the new color of the origami are great. The suit sets at tom ford were amazing. Acne Studios had some great pieces too.
Your videos give me life! So happy I subscribed. Love your energy, topics and how your content is set up. Mum and Dad are fun too. 😉 Welcome to NY, and yes food here is dumb expensive. 😂
All genders for all clothing ✌️ BUT I’d love to see a little tiny bit of content with your take on menswear or androgynous fashion, I respect your opinion so much because it’s one of the few that doesn’t feel “copy & pasted”. 💕 from 🏴
Alessandro michele at McQueen could be really cool- i know his stuff would probably be a lot flamboyant/campier than Mcqueen usually is- they're usually avant gard, but still.. could be really interesting
London fashion week highlight for me was JW ANDERSON. He is a master with fabrics to create optical illusions like the dough plastelin silhouettes he showed. Stunning pieces. So underrated. He pretty much gives us the aesthetic he brought to Loewe without the huge price tag. Stunnng.
The new Tiffany collabs are not bad... better than that Nike horrific mess... the Fendi collab was fire and this one is pretty cool. I hope they keep going with new collabs, new products.
I don't know where I heard it or read it but apparently it is very common for designers to go down the "wearable" route with their collections when the global financial climate is shaky. It makes sense. If people are feeling a little anxious with money, they are more likely to pick a safe option. Hence, wearable luxury fashion instead of expensive statement pieces. That said, I did see many nice looks here that I would be comfortable with in daily life. Especially the Burberry coats and a couple of bags. Most of us don't leave the house ready for an editorial do we.
MK is always elegant,n sticks to simple, chic, minimalist aesthetic. RL and TB were also fresh but stocked to their aesthetic n authenticness on who theyre customer is. Loved all 3 and all 3 are hv reasonable and approachable lines for folks like me who cnt always afford the higher end designer items. The exasperation of you becoming aware of using ur physics knowledge tickled me! 😂😂😂
Loved your round-up more than the clothes. The only designer I’ve enjoyed watching lately is Virginie Viard, and I can’t believe I’m saying that. But I love her work at Chanel. Her respect for the couture fabrics is just without compare right now.
Was it just me, or did those Crocs look like they were afflicted with some sort of tropical skin disease, especially the black ones? Ick. I’m very interested in some of the shearling Birkenstock-style. Been a fan of the originals for decades. After spending your entire day in pointe shoes, there was nothing better. I think I’ll stick to Lady Dior and her progeny as opposed to the Miss Dior. It just seems to be missing something. Anyway, it’s always a happy start to the weekend when I share my morning tea with you, young lady. Thank you for that! ❤❤❤
You sound like you’ve got that throat/ sinus thing I have and everyone in my work! Think I got it on the p,and back from Dubai. Feels like sort of covid thing. Early to bed fr mr! Watching utube vids with a hot orange…Get well soon - 2 paracetamols?
I like boring stuff, it usually lasts longer and more suitable for regular person’s boring lifestyle - office workers, doctors, real estate agents, businessmen (there are many small businesses where CEO or an owner still has to look boring) etc. Vacation clothes - ok to be fun, but most people have only couple of week a year to travel. It would be interesting if you’d review such brands as Kiton, or even ones like Peserico or Fabiana Filippi. I call them Brunello Cucinelli for poor, joking of course, because their items are still 500-1000$ a piece.
@@lifeofjeannebromley2606 Yes, I have an amazing charcoal grey coat with sequins, beige wool suit with stripes, brown trousers made of wool with metallic (amazing fabric), linen trousers and trousers made of viscose - those are absolutely horrible because they crease easily and simply impossible to iron, can’t wear them for that reason. Also they have weird sizing and most trousers are too short for me (I’m 5’9), so I wouldn’t shop online. But apart from that I like 90% of things I see in store. in my opinion, you can actually see the fabrics only in person, same as another brand I recently discovered - Officine Generale (saw few items and they were great - very good quality wool, Loro Piana fabrics etc). Also recently on sale I bought wool suit by Lorena Antoniazzi and later saw Kiton jacket made of same exact fabric (about 4 times more expensive). Sorry for long answer )))
De Sarno’s comment bothered me too!! I thought it was a little insensitive/ungracious! “What makes you think anyone fell out of love?!?” I do appreciate the different vision because it’s nice to have something fresh and different BUT I felt like it was just tooooooo muted. It doesn’t need to be maximalist but I would’ve appreciated just a few more interesting pieces. Maybe it’s because I don’t want to wear booty shorts or show my midriff!
Once Burberry was sold to an Asian company, the cuts went far too slender for me to wear, and the custom work ended. Remember when they would make you a trench-to-order?
I found this fashion month kinda blah but always love a Ca$$ie round up! Respectfully, I hope they close the McQueen house. No one will never come close to Lee’s vision- it’s giving playing in a dollhouse, not in a good way 😢

It’s so interesting to see how designer brands change around and share creative directors. Lagerfeld was the most royal of all the directors though.
At YSL (in the US) the spend is a minimum of 120,000k spend
