I will never be too old to appreciate their music!!!!!!!!!
Burned up the skating rink with this one
The best songwriters ever, hits every time, over 220.000.000 records sold. They were part of my youth and still are.72 years old but I know all their songs.greetings from Mallorca🌞
Plan to visit Mallorca - “NADAL” country -
YOu need to delve into the BeeGees music before disco. They have been around since they were all kids. They have some amazing songs that are ballads. When they were asked to write the songs for the movie Saturday Night Fever they took a turn into disco, and fame came with it. I actually had their records before SNF. --- I started a joke, Massachusetts, Coal mine disaster, To Love Somebody, Words.... all great songs!
Yeah, I particularly like "Words", and "I Started a Joke"!!!
I agree🎼
They were and still are Icons.
BeeGees: Words, Massachussetts, One, Mr Natural, Man in the Middle, Alone, and so many more!
8 weeks at #1. They saturated the charts. No one else could make #1. The only person who could push them off the top was little brother Andy. This created a lot of the backlash. But why blame them? They couldn’t help their God talent.
Thank you for not chopping the song up with too many interruptions. This song deserves so much. It was the number one song, from the soundtrack of the number one movie, played by the number one band of the year. I just graduated junior high and had to sneak in to see the movie. What a déjà vu!
Disco! Best times of my life.
They were so good they didn’t have to grab their crotchets and move around!!!❤❤❤❤❤
Wow. 1970s Las Vegas is almost unrecognizable. My sisters live there. I went there for the first time in the 80s as they were just starting to tear down old Vegas and make the strip the adult Disneyland that it is today. Not my thing. But I never tire of the BeeGees. Smoothe and upbeat.
Love your Bee Gees reactions. Need more. You would enjoy 1 Fanny be tender with my love, 2 Kiss of life, 3 Love you inside and out, 4 Love so right and 5 Wedding Day ❤❤
If this song doesn't make you move you need to check your pulse!! The best ever!
I Love the BeeGees. One of my favorite groups from the 70's, even though I wasn't born until the 80's, that's the plus side of growing up with parents that love music of all kinds. I inherited it.
You definitely would had joined us in the 70's you have that certain swagger! I am the same age as Berry Gibbs! wish you were there! thank you for your reaction and for bringing that era back!!!
That bass line is so good
Bee Gees are the best disco band ever. ❤❤❤
Ab you cracked me up when you said this skating music. I'm 60 but at time this was popular I was late teens living in the skating rink. Good times.
Your right this was great skating music. It brings me back to Friday/ Saturday roller skating parties!
Love it, of course. And you're great 😊,too!
🔥🔥
I was in high school when the movie was released and you can hear the song and the soundtrack everywhere in my country the Philippines. It was a worldwide hit and there was no internet at that time. It was really good , it is until now. Good songs have no expiry , they live on.
“ when you’re washing your car and you got the doors open and you’re cleaning the inside”……… you made me laugh so hard I had to rewind and play it again!
OH MY GOD, you are funny.
What a pleasant surprise! Love this ❤
4:40 "This is good skatin music" you said... I literally laughed out loud and paused to comment... YES, yes it IS good skatin music and my friends and I skated a LOT to this one, and SOOO many others!!! The 80's BABY!
Somebody heard me!!! 🙌🏾🤣🔥🔥
@@ABtheKreator 😄😄 YES!! We used to skate to songs by the Bee Gees and Queen almost every Friday night in 1981/82! Another One Bites the Dust was a favorite!!! The floor would be pretty full for that one!
Great way to start my day. I'm jazzed
Tragedy is a solid jam too. I’m still partial to little brother Andy Gibb that didn’t make the group and had the jam Shadow Dancing. He was my fave as a girl from that time….& yes, great skating music.
My dad had me listening to this since I was a child. he spent his teens and early 20's in the 1970's so thats his favorite decade.
They're my favorite disco Era group
Bee Gees stands for Brothers Gibb
Lol your right every song is feel good!!
To love somebody, lonely nights, heartbreaker, for whom the bell tolls, someone belonging to someone....
You need to watch the movie “ Saturday Night Fever “ lol
Lol ok gotcha 😂
bee gees blue island live
Hi, AB-- Love your reactions-- you've done so many artists whom I love and have enjoyed listening to for years! Thank you for your entertaining commentary!! Let me drop a couple of titles that may be to your liking? Bee Gees: "Tragedy" Please do the studio track. "One" the official live video performance. Finally, "Alone" official video.
You would really enjoy Keith Urban-To Love Somebody. It’s a live performance of the Bee Gee’s song he sang during A Salute to the Bee Gee’s. Barry Gibb along with the rest of the crowd gave him a standing ovation. Keith Urban is the artist that sings Blue Ain’t Your Color.
many saturday nights at the skating rink skating to this song , love it
Love love love the bee gees!!
Love love love BeeGees
they were great, you should check out their music from the 60's, they did a beautiful song that will tear your heart out called I've gotta get a message to you, about a guy on death row... and many more
This is awesome song for roller rinks ! Been there done that!!
Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, Florida. Rascal House World Famous Deli in background.
The first soundtrack I ever had. Given to me by my boyfriend/future husband.
Love the bee gees!! You should give a man named Josh Krajick a try. A song called Remedy. Soulful voice!! 👍
i think it was the bee gees and Saturday Night Fever that really pushed the disco into popularity.
Love your “reactions” -
Going back a bit and loved it - thanks so much.❤
❤🔥❤🔥🔥🔥🔥
I don't know what I ike better, the music or watching AB chair-dance. I was dancing right there with you, Bro!!
Disco, Baby
Thanxaload. Love anything Bee Gees. Try For Whom the Bell Tolls, or Blue Island. From their later period, but equally good. They perfected every genre they dipped their chords into
John Travolta is in one of their videos because he’s the lead in the movie Saturday Night Fever .. I can’t remember the song .. i think it’s You Should Be Dancing yeah !! John can dance to anything.
They did a country song, “Rest Your Love On Me”.
Their best imho is “Fanny (Be Tender with My Love)” and “You Should Be Dancing “.
🔥
If you want another "illegal, too hot" duet (like Kenny and Dolly video), you should check out What Kind of Fool with B Striesand and B Gibbs.....
You sound like you were a teenager in the mid 70s. This brings this my youth. You even have the moves:)
Love your Reactons👍
❤
I'm begging you to check out their brother Andy Gibb. Song ~ Shadow Dancing or I Just Want To Be Your Everything or Thicker Than Water or.....
❤❤
When this song came out I was in 11th grade lol
I was in grade 5 and our gym teacher had us do the dances to this, all lined up…disco dancing 💃🏻🕺🏻🪩
@@RedRubyG That sounded like fun. It played at our school dance.
@@stacymoore9836 the good old days!
@@RedRubyG Yes it was!!! Sooo different from now.
👏💪💪
If you've not seen it, look for Rush Tom Sawyer. It's a WTF (wow that's fresh) experience)
FUN reaction!!! YOU SHOULD BE DANCING, please!!!!
I miss the old MTV
You need to watch the movie Saturday Night Fever for John Travolta
