I just noticed a box of puff pastry dough in the freezer today, while putting groceries away. Mystery solved as to what to make with it! Thanks for the idea! We always have meal sized containers of chili in the freezer btw, since it is an essential.
Very nice mash up of two nice things. Being from England it did make me think exactly the same but using some deep Yorkshire Puddings as an alternative. My dog would love those beef bones, but he insists they are flash roasted slightly, he wont eat them raw !
I bet this would be amazing in pork shots instead of the cream cheese filling.Would love to see you give it a try with some of your homemade sausage. 😍
Looks salubrious as always sir. Keep up the fine work and you and your family have a great Christmas and holiday period. Regards Macca from New Zealand.
I mean... are you in my head? I am making a wagyu/Angus brisket on sat to let rest until served on Sunday. I am making it for my 43rd birthday!! I am planning on brisket chili with some of the leftovers and you post this video!!!!??? Awesome and Merry Christmas from Wisconsin!!
Yo Brad! Love your vids man. Just a tip from a bakers husband… if you try not to twist when cutting the puff pasty you’ll get better “puffiness” lol. Keep up the strong work my man.
Jumbo Muffin Pan, Pillsbury Grandes extra Buttery biscuits. Roll the grandes out to twice thier original diameter, line Jumbo Muffin pan with biscuits, fill with already cooked ground beef, creamed corn, then top with mash potatoes. Bake at 350 for 27 minutes. Shepards Pie Cakes.
Cut before the egg wash. The egg mixes with the flour on the dough making it sticky. Until you’re ready to egg wash, light flour dusting is your friend.
We call those barbie cups and just throw uncooked bicuits in a mufflin tin and fill it with sloppy Joe and cheese. Now you got me wanting to take 50 extra steps to get a better result 😂
I do something similar with sloppy Joe meat. Smash canned biscuit dough into muffin pan, fill with meat, then bake. Much easier to pack in my lunch box than traditional sloppy Joe sandwiches.
oh man, get around an Australian beef pie or if you like bite size a "party pie". Typically eaten at the footy in winter. Fill it with chilli and a layer of cheese under the pastry lid. Would be beautiful love child of the two nations.
Yo! Brad!👊✊️🤘 Gonna try this... But with Grands biscuits.. Ya know the tube ones? Think it'll be great and a bigger bite! Think they make em cornbread style too. Just ideas...I'll hit you up when I try it. Love to see you try it here! Thanks man👊✊️🤘
Asked my gf if she was red to watch this video… expecting a resounding no (because I watch it all the time) she said yes! I asked why and her response was “because he gives a piece to the dog” 😂
I'm so glad Guga introduced me to you, you're one of my favorite cooking shows now!
Would love to see your take on scratch made Mole in the not so distant future! Always watching Chud!!
Hell yes to this idea!!!!
LOVE all the surprises in the knife roll.
New Chud knife roll came in. It's fantastic, the snake was a nice touch.
Looks delicious I love watching you cook and getting ideas. Keep it up. Keep it outdoors.
Legit. And I agree...a slightly smaller cup would be absolute money. Great idea B. Thx for sharing.
3:33 blender magically becomes full lmao.
Need to add just a few fresh Jalapeño rings on top.... they look fantastic!

You make chili sauce pretty close to the same way I do. Tastes roughly one hojillion times better than any chili powder ever sold.
Butter flakey crust had me thinking of that video and then you cut to it...mhwaw *chef's kiss.

Same location for met too! we used to get tuna filled ones at primary school, good old Volovants lol.
I was gonna make leftover brisket Frito Pie for a dinner next week, since Evelyn loves Frito Pie. Looks like I'm doing this now! Great vid!
Thanks for sharing your video’s, your neighbors must be jealous smoking meat all the time, or your best friends LOL
How does that chubs burner work, do you heat it up first than cook ? How does it not burn your cutting board?
I bet this would be amazing in pork shots instead of the cream cheese filling.Would love to see you give it a try with some of your homemade sausage. 😍
Love your content. Always try to copy, sometimes without as good of results, but always a great time to try. And watch your videos. Thanks
I love the inclusion of the Dysart's clip! I'd know that truck front end anywhere!

Hey brotha. Have you considered making pulled pork green sauce tamales or brisket red sauce tamales with Waugh beef fat? I’d love to see that!
I just did this last week, the best chili I’ve had
Ah snap wheere are the beens. looks awesome.

Dried chiles are the bomb. My pun for today is that you made a "chile relleno" to go with your chili haha.
Great idea for leftover bbq !
Yes!
I want to see a frito pie sausage!
So, what do y you think about deep fried chili balls?
No drips! Just dips. Beautiful chili!
The correct way to make chili IS with tomato sauce and beans, but I do love some Texas chili! 🤓
Chili beans, kidney beans & sometimes black beans. Ohio chili !!!!!
@@RRPirate ….naw thats Georgia chili but yeah

Lots of cameos in this one 👊🏼🔥
We call those barbie cups and just throw uncooked bicuits in a mufflin tin and fill it with sloppy Joe and cheese. Now you got me wanting to take 50 extra steps to get a better result 😂
Looks so good😋
I do something similar with sloppy Joe meat. Smash canned biscuit dough into muffin pan, fill with meat, then bake. Much easier to pack in my lunch box than traditional sloppy Joe sandwiches.
“I’m already holding it so we’re gonna find out” that’s what she said
I'm guessing... You're an 11 year-old boy, right?
It’s a reference to Sam the Cooking Guy…. Relax…
HILARIOUS ... no matter what the prude says ...
Hahaha! Love it
@@emmgeevideo I’m guessing you have ABSOLUTELY no sense of humor. All fun n games. Live a little, laugh a lot.
Is it a good idea to put a catch pan under the bones to catch drippings in the first step? Or is it redundant?
oh man, get around an Australian beef pie or if you like bite size a "party pie". Typically eaten at the footy in winter. Fill it with chilli and a layer of cheese under the pastry lid. Would be beautiful love child of the two nations.
Does anyone know what torch, or a similar one he is using to light the smoker?
Is this for sale somewhere?? Looks amazing!
A Guga style side dish with a Texas twist
If you want bite sized they make puff pastry cups that are bite sized, I've used therm to make bite sized beef pies for a party before.
I have left over chili in the freezer. Making these soon!!

In australia we would call that a 4/20 pie
You messed up chef! Scallions, sour cream, and hot 🔥 sauce on top!!!
No beans in chili gang. 💪🏻

A La King?
this but with cornbread cups
Came here hoping Brad did a homemade puff pastry.... If even HE didn't do it, is it even possible?
Yes, but it's very time consuming, and frozen puff pastry is cheap and works great.
Asked my gf if she was red to watch this video… expecting a resounding no (because I watch it all the time) she said yes! I asked why and her response was “because he gives a piece to the dog” 😂
I'm disappointed that there wasn't a cut to Kevin from the Office with a giant vat of chili at some point.
Oh man! 👅👅👅
Was that the ghost of Xmas past making a guest appearance?
🌶️
Can we talk you into a Weber Smokey Mountain Series?
Who is that dude in the background towards the end of your video?
Who's the dude creeping behind you? :)
You should Make it with a Yorkshire pudding not puff pastry
