"Banned from the LGS" the deck
Speedrunning getting thrown out, not for the faint of heart
This is a funny deck conceptually, but in practice, you'll unlock a secret MtG Sorcery cast on you the player called "Exile Tires." Doubly so if you go to your LGS with this deck
But are they gonna pay the 2 when they can't that?
@@milii113 see, that is a free spell, costs 0, and requires a fairly rigid knife if you're cheap or 4 cinder blocks and a wrench if you're irritated
It automatically gives you 10 toxicity counters and you lose the game for being a bad person
Also try land destruction, so they physically cannot pay their taxes

Unfortunately, I can’t afford a nether void or a “in the eye of chaos.” If they ever do reprints maybe, but until then it’s sol ring and revel in riches. Cuts the price of the deck to 1/3

@@QuipsAndGuac I enjoy becoming the enemy of the table! It helps me learn to deal with being a target better 😅 it also teaches them to run more removal! I let my pod play with fully proxied decks! Bring a banned deck a rule 0 deck and expensive deck either way I'll make you struggle 😅. My pod lacks the ability to identify and acknowledge threats at the table! This deck can teach them 😅 it's like an oops all curses deck and my mates oops all counterspells deck (that has zero win con it's just hilarious) but thank you for the heads up! Love the video bro keep up the amazing and hilarious builds! Your avocado made me remember Tom Green from Freddy got fingered and his comics 😂😂
Zur the Enchanter makes a better prison commander imo because you can tutor up stuff on the battlefield

My buddy made this same type of deck but with Zur as the commander. It was exactly as miserable to play against as you think it would be.
I’m so sorry for you man, this deck is only theoretical I’d never submit someone to it in real life
So I built a deck that's literally mono white hatebear tribal with stax pieces on top of the best board wipes in the format. The Commander?? Rick, Steadfast Leader. So they cry about not being able to play the game, universes beyond, or scoop.

My favorite tax card has got to be good ol land tax, 1 mana to draw three cards each upkeep, woof.
I prefer a Life Tax version, want to play a minion? 1 life, want to attack, 1 life, killed a creature I blocked with? 1 life, dealt me damage, 1 life. draw a card, 1 life.
I have found a way to may my blue player "friend" suffer, and i will gleefully take this opportunity. thank you and i swear i will put you in my will.

I love how this is 90% Esper despite having access to all 5 colors.
Proof that Orzhov, Azorius, and Dimir are the "not fun" set ups.
I've been cracking jokes about all three forever, but I'm a filthy Izzet combo main, so of course I hate taxes the most.

Smotheting tithes and such effects are not even really taxes, because I do not take anything away from you if you do not pay.
Grand Arbiter Augstin IV, all the counterspells that ask you to pay to not get countered, even Ward, Propaganda, now that's the definition of taxes.
That's literally a tax. The first example is literally a defining term of a tax.

@@sammielawrence4781 Well that's my point. The card is called "Smothering Tithe", but it's a flavor fail since it's not really a TITHE, if anything it allows the OPPONENT to stop me from getting money (a treasure token)
