Our judges tell DNA is not confirmatory test for paternity dispute , so ignorant on science & can't tell what test is confirmatory for paternity dispute.

Judges very often blame on police citing shoddy investigation without revealing what is true & justified investigation.

There is no suo moto / contempt power given to judge by law / Parliament. Judges have assumed their contempt power on their own just like they have increased their salary / privileges.

There is no law in India, the only law is what a judge think on that particular day. If judges can comment on any body including pm, Parliament then why public is gaged to give honest opinions.

In our nation judges have fallen from heaven to drag cases for decades, to interpret law on their whims not on law & to change the verdict again by them ,again change by higher court only to give entire different verdicts by SC.

The Tarik pe culture is due to low meritious, collegium judges who r judges not on merit but because of their father. All blame only on judiciary who takes lacs of cases vide PIL ignoring the true justice seekers. Modiji , our Pm, president, r cowards to take on rampant corrupt judges.

Our judiciary is the most corrupt, indulge in Tarik pe tarik for decades to give bizzare verdicts with many u turn at different level having only intent to loot vide sibal & sangavi .

Judiciary has failed all over the globe. Better we find and establish a better system. India can start it. Judiciary is single handedly responsible for destroying our family system and social structure. Look at the western society were we assume Judiciary is better. The western country the family and society has rotten. If you go to roots, i can 100% say Judiciary has a big role to play. There is no discretion and wisdom in current form of Judiciary. Its all arguments, proof, all nonsense. Country like India which has good foundation of culture and value system, donot require this Judiciary to poke their nose in our family life and social setup. Currently the Judiciary is a run by devils and has a evil setup to destroy the human life.

Unfortunately people have lost faith in judicial system... Best way is to avoid going to court and lawyer's....

इंसाफ दिलवाना सरकार पर निर्भर करता है । वो चाहे तो सिर्फ एक हफ्ते में इंसाफ मिल सकता है । 2 करोड़ ईमानदार पुलिस और 50 लाख जज और 1 करोड़ सरकारी वकीलों की भर्ती करे । 200₹ रोज कमाने वाले को भी आसानी इंसाफ मिल जायेगा । इंसाफ का ढेर लग जायेगा । जनता से प्राप्त टैक्स का खर्च दिखावे में खर्च करने की जगह, इंसाफ पर खर्च करे ।
