For $40 definitely seems to be not bad at all. Great clear pictures and video which is better than I had expected. My brain started trying to think how I could mount it to one of those spring loaded task lights that you can bend the arm up and down to sort of bring it down into place when needed and then flip it out the way when I don't. Hmm.
That is a good idea. I am not sure how to mount that one but the little tube microscope I have would fit nicely into a microphone holder. Hmmmm. Got to think on that.
I bought same microscope which is about 3.5 mega pixel now the have 12 maga pixel banggood about the same price .the stock stand for those suck I bought the better one about 17.00 .tech is hard to keep up with, they sell a after market extra L.E.D. light for about 7.00 the made to clip on that one .thanks for shareing.
Thanks for watching. I have been looking at the new ones but this one fits my needs for now. If you try to keep up with technology you will end up with a lot of stuff you don't use.
I got one of those wit the aluminum base and height adjustable mounts on order. The aluminum mounts are available separately now for about $18 on eBay. I need the help soldering in 0.5 mm pitch ribbon cables.

Thanks for the heads up. I just ordered one of those stands.
How can I see the image in an external display?
Cloud Administrator you can hook the microscope up to a computer using the USB charging port. Windows webcam viewer should recognize it.
That version have the 2x and 4 x digital zoom? 👍🏻’ed the video.
Yes it does. You change the zoom by pressing the < and > buttons.
Thanks for sharing , one question please if I need only 10x to 20X magnifying then how far the lens from the object ( or PCB ) ?
There is no real way of determining exact magnification but from what I can see it looks like between 40 and 60 mm.
Thanks for the reply , Keep up the good work .
@@AERVBlog Usually, 20X 40X Microscope working distance is about 65-102mm for PCB
@@jromhek2070 phone fix Mia is right. I don't think you could ever get a X10 mag.
I just use my cellphone with microscope app. It's a lot easier to mount a cellphone than these things.
I have done that but my cheap cell phone makes a pretty lousy microscope. Thanks for the tip.
