70 percent wr riki here. Great hero usually go like 21 and 3, however! You cant finish the game solo. If your team wont push after fights it doesnt matter, rikis low damage makes pushing solo rax extremely impossible
EXACTLY, finally someone to say it, Riki is such perfect hero to be reliable carry for a first half of the game, after that he simply makes more of a decent support with his silance and roaming around the map. You simply need one decent carry next to you to take away the game, someone who is far late game hero, like AM or Alch and so.. Thanks for the commend tho, I really appreciate every comment I get!
Just a random comment, i Highly recommend playing every role to understand what each role does. Very important to have that knowledge. Im a Mid Divine player and this is what took me from legend to divine. Also try not to one trick a hero(thats how you stay in herald) sucks hearing these things but it is true. Also keep in mind when playing vs bad players you can develope bad habits, in time you will learn certain situations are terrible before they even start. PS: I am not a top 500 immortal but ive played over 1000 games in the immortal bracket with friends and these are things they told me as immortal players. I cant enphasize enough that playing every role is extremely IMPORTANT. In my OPINION you can start one tricking once you understand ALL roles.
I get it what you said, you are completely right about everything. I'm Dota 1 player, and eventually rolled over to Dota 2 in the starting years of the game. I think after 2 years of playing dota 2 I simply switched games and went on WoW and was playing that in the years to come. In the last few months I wanted to give it a try at this game again, and went for a ranked calibration first time ever, and got thrown directly into herald rank. I think I could roll my way up the bracket by simply choosing heroes like Jug, WK, OD, Necro, QoP and simply play only mid, but I gotta be honest with you, I REALLY enjoy playing like this, that I literally aint even mad anymore when I see I get stuck with people who don't have basic knowledge of the game, and yet they rant about how they don't deserve to be in this rank all the time in the chat. It makes me jiggle a bit. Be as it is, I really appreciate your comment, and I hope I will be able to leave this rank and start to match up with some decent players, and opponents as well.
