I actually bought this setup a few months back and it has been sitting in the box. Although I have lasers and other equipment for some reason I was a bit intimidated about using this. This video now has me wanting to get it out of the box and get moving with it. Thank you!!!!
I was hoping you had saved the different prints you referenced in a collection on Maker World, at least the stuff like the battery holders and garage useful items. Would potentially add some cool value for the community to easily find the prints that you have recommended. Just a thought, but no negativity attached, all good, thanks for the ideas if nothing else!!
Awesomesauce, DD!! When I saw the A1 come out and the AMS with it, I thought it would be perfect to start with. Then talking about it at Micro Center, we have 8 cats. You should probably just get the P1 with the AMS since it is enclosed. LOL
This is a Bambulab informercial. It is more about "buy this printer" than actual 3D prints that can enhance your garage. I have a P1S but this was just disappointing and wrong.
QUESTION..so if bambu is the Apple, which printers are the Androids? Apple means it works, unique but different and not compatible with everything in the 3d printer world. So what is Bambus differences and what is it not compatible with. What are some issues people might run inti buying a bambu vs others. In the 3d printer world is every printer software compatible with windows, can any printer use any filament and whats the differences between bambu and others.
Nice review and suggestions. How well does the noise cancellation work? I have a A1 Mini still in it's box that I need to set up and was wondering if it's worth upgrading to the full size A1.
you can use any brand spool with this, but the bambu lab ones will automatically detect the color and type… they’re about $20 a spool but can be a lot cheaper if you buy in bulk

you should definitely set it up
Just placed an order for the A1 Combo, super pumped to get started! Great video and solid recommendations!
Hope you enjoy it!
It's amazing everything you can make with those. I would really like to get one, the prices really aren't bad for what you can do with it. 👍
it really is, this is definitely the one to get
I’m not big on “ sponsored “ videos but… that was very informative and interesting, well done!
That’s my rain gauge! lol great video
that’s awesome, they work great
Thanks for sharing! Nice review. Cheers! 😎👍
Great video. Do you have a link for those 'garage shelf hole hooks'? I would love to print those out. Thanks
if you search garage hooks on maker world they should pop up
@@DadDeals generally its best to put the links in the description for 3d printed videos,
I put my heart in this 🔥

works great, if you have the space I’d definitely recommend upgrading to the full size a1
Do you have a link to the lego football man STL?
search nfl brick man on maker world
2nd that request!
What does it cost for materials to make your battery holders?
i don’t know the exact cost but it’s definitely less than $1
A 1kg spool if pla will run you around $20 US. You could probably print 100 battery holders from that.
Would love to know how much the replacement spools of color are?

Do you miss any of the addons for basic functionality; like a different diameter hot end, or smooth bed plate instead of textured?
you can get all those accessories for the a1. everything you see in the video though is using what came with the printer
That was stupid
